yeah but the fact that i'm stating is the gov't is not supplying pension.. they are wanting to increase retirement age.. when your slow and fragile do you still want to be working? i certainly don't.. i will also be able to retire earlier.. are you telling me if you were able to buy another house and have it cost you relatively nothing and you'll be able to sell it for god knows how much when you retire.. that you wouldnt do it.. and what about all those young people that want to move outta home with mates/gf's what ever.. they cant afford a loan.. so renting is the only option... or those that CHOOSE not to buy a house.. there is currently not enough rental houses for the market avail. hence why the gov't will give me my OWN tax back.. if i can get another house which the gov't allows me to have my money back why wouldnt i do it.. Oh and i also own a skyline in which i spend money n.. and i also chat on these forums about the same things you do.. i go out and have fun.. just took a couple yrs hard work to build up good money in my loan.. these ppl who go out and get good jobs and get paid the big dollars.. they get the big dollars and the bonuses cause they take more and more money off you.. so instead of living in the slums i'm going to rise up and be comfortable in the fact i don't have to stress about the future.. i get NO govt assistance AT ALL.. let me drive that into your head.. they give me part of MY TAX back.. so the rich f**kers in govt making 7-8% pay rises are paying themselves more cause we pay that money.. so why no get some of that back.. and some people who CAN NOT afford a house need to live somewhere.. so i'm supposed to let them live in my other house for free.. trashing it and what not.. while i struggle to pay it off.. yeah dude the whole fascia.. you'll see that around the vents it is a piece by it'self.. you need to remove the whole vent/fascia part.. do not try removing the vents.. just use a screwdriver or similar as the part is only clipped in.. when that comes off you will see 2 screws behind it holding the triple cluster in.. undo them and you can lift the front and the back will come out.. its only held down by 'flaps'

i took out a 25k loan to buy a VT when i was an apprentice.. was on 384 per wk.. during paying that loan off i managed to spend another 10k+ on car accessories.. i had perfect credit rating.. (mobile phone contract, etc) and a decent savings.. upon finishing my apprenticeship.. then with my misses we purchased a house for $300+k which 2yrs later is worth 400+.. i got the misses lancer & the R34.. and a daily ute.. on top of that im looking at an investment house now within 6months.. (gov't incentives atm give some of your tax back to pay for it + rent means i will be paying under $50 bucks a wk while some douche pays the rest of my mortgage off) within 10yrs i will own 2 houses and will be debt free.. and i'm 24.. i certainly don't live a sheltered life... foresight is a beautiful thing.. i will be able to retire at 45 if i so desire.. and i'm only 24 and starting repayments of $2000/month.. you pay more than $1200 in interest.. but i can pay my house off in 5-7 yrs and owe no more rent.. forever.. and if your smart and pay off your loan quicker you don't end up paying double the price.. and an average house in my area is $350-$380 / wk for the house i got and am currently required to pay (although i pay more) is $450.. for $100 extra per wk i will own the house i have.. and where as rent keeps climbing my house repayments do not.. unfortunately however i don't own a Steve McQueen jacket so i have not truly experienced life..

1. You should learn to spell.. 2. Surely if you took documentation that shows your car has been weighed and dynoed and complies within their standards then that is submisible in court.. If not then throw it back in their face, and inform the judge that you wish for the prosecutor to prove that it doesn't comply

Another thing to take into account.. especially in todays market.. fair enough you could save and buy outright without borrowing from the bank.. and the bank will see this asset for any future investment.. but the banks also like credit ratings.. and one of those credit ratings is borrowing money and showning that you can consistantly pay it off.. some of the people i know (personally) have not ben able to get loans for a house cause they paid for everything outright with cash, and they even had deposits.. Now i'm not saying it's impossible to get a house loan without it (so don't flame) but the banks do look into account that you are able to borrow money and consecutively pay it off.. This doesn't mean go borrow $20k to buy an Evo.. It's just something to keep in mind down the track..

OK, searched the forum high and dry as i thought it would have been asked by now.. (maybe i just searched wrong words?) but in Japland they obviously prefer a straighter back than i do.. So everytime someone gets in the back of my car we need to adjust the 'lock' postion of the seat as it's just too cramped.. Is it possible to adjust the default position? if so, how?
