  1. Times are tough financially for people now, I know I havent got $50,000 to spend on a car, so I dont expect too many others have either. I hardly drive anymore due to running my gym from home, so I figured I would have an older GTR and free up some cash, but if that doesnt happen, it really doesnt matter, thats why I'm not flexible on the price. The fact nobody has come to look at it indicates the market is flat. If potential buyers were coming out and then not buying, I would have to reconsider the price. The car itself is faultless.
  2. I wont mention the bad tuners, as one is now out of business anyway. I used Nigel at Racingline/Ice performance for both my S15 and R33 GTR. The S15 made 258rwkw, never had the head off, 210,000kms, the new owner is still racing around Sandown.Sadly, Nigel is no longer tuning. The GTR made 450+ rwkw, not a single problem, it was my daily. My R34, if I mod it, it will either be at RacePace or Status
  3. Check my topics for my 34, its right near yours, I thought you had to put a price with your ad, forum rules, would make this easier.
  4. How much cash have you got to go towards the swap???????????????
  5. If you click on the www.ptcfrankston.com link in my sig, there are a few pics in the general photo gallery. Its stock, exhaust and rims only
  6. Only interested in R32 GTR as trade in now, nothing else.
  7. Your car looks fine and the price is fair, the biggest problem is guys running into financial problems are selling there cars way under what they are worth. A friend just bought an R32 GTR in Melbourne for $12,500, registered and putting out 200rwkw..........thats insane, a very tidy car with some good bits. Check out how cheap 33's are now and dont even start me on 34's lol. The more people succumb to the pressure and sell, the lower the value of our cars become, thats why I've stood firm on my R34 GTR, its $50,000, while others are dropping to $41,000, thats just nuts. I dont need to sell, I only wanted a change, others arent so lucky. Hang on to it if you can buddy, you seem to have a nice car there. The last thing we want is more Gemini owners buying GTR's lol
  8. I have a 1999 model lol
  9. Here are some more pics. Taken 12/05/09
  10. I've never driven an R35 GTR, so I cant comment. But I did own an R33 GTR with 450rwkw and an S15 with 250rwkw, both at the same time. The GTR previously had HKS 2530's and made 370 rwkw, I suppose thats what most on here consider a perfect set up for the streets. I continually found myself driving the S15 more than the GTR, to the point where I put 220,000kms on the S15 in 7 years of ownership. The S15 was more fun, the GTR was capable of destroying anything on the street, much like the 35, but I was always drawn more to the S15. The fastest most powerful car is not always the best to drive. The S15 was a scalpel, the GTR a sledgehammer. People like different rides, hence why there are so many different cars on the road. I think Glover is entitled to an opinion. Until I drive one, I cant agree or disagree.
  11. Hey Adam, do you have reciepts for the work done to the engine? Who did the work ? Cheers
  12. I hadnt washed the car or polished it for awhile, due mainly to the f u c k i n g water restrictions. Anyway, I took the car for a nice spirited drive,so I thought I would take some recent pics, as the ones posted are 6-7 months old I think. Not that it matters, NOBODY ever comes out to see it Cash price for car is still only $50,000, if you trade a car in it alters, depending on the car.
  13. Its SOUL................lol
  14. Just finished reading a review of the R35 in Fridays Herald Sun. Is this the most scathing review on the car ever. He really goes to town on the car, his biggest critism is the weight, too much technology and that the car has no soul. He gives it credit for being fast, but simply not very involving to drive. Owners views???? http://carsguide.news.com.au/site/news-and...t_r_test_drive/
  15. I think you should stop treating members of a car forum as idiots, I think one or two may have heard the term shot peening before, but thanks for the link. So its a stock cast bottom end. Post up your time slip, where and when the 10 second run was done. Cheers for your help so far.
  16. It was featured more than once in HPI, including the GTR edition (number 4 I think) Is this car still for sale????????
  17. Nice, what MPH with that 10 sec pass, what tyres. Genuinely interested. Realistic price ( if motor is forged) Also, what rods and pistons were used in the rebuild?
  18. I sent you a pm yesterday, here is a pic of my GTR.
  19. If I can get anyone of the guys wanting to trade with their GTST's, I will have enough to buy it outright. Problem is, they all ask if I'll trade, but none of them come up with any cash. You got any cash?????????? lol
