More the economic climate, the car is well worth the money, just not in todays terms.May not reach the good old days for quite a few years. I have a gym and I have had 6 clients lose their job in 2 months. Now is not the time for most to be splashing out on toys. Unless of course you have a secure income and money, then now becomes the best time. What I find odd is seeing R32's with blown gearboxes or smokey motors advertised for $18,000 - $20,000. A quick browse through here and you'll find R32's in EC for under $18,000. I just got off car sales and found an RX7 series 8 2002 model RZ for $25,000 with under 40,000kms on the clock.Theres a 2001 model on here for $38,000. Sellers need to at least be aware of what else is out there before they advertise. Of course if your not in urgent need to sell, you can simply bump the price up and wait. Might be a long one though. One point though, mods are worth very little today, very little.

How much money do you have? Pics of your car may help, also a list of mods. Do you want a 32 or 35, best be specific.

This is for the benefit of those still sending me pm's for a swap. I advertised the car when I lost my licence and the yen was favourable. The plan was to sell for $50,000 and buy back at $40,000. Thankfully it didnt sell, the yen changed, the cars are coming in for $65,000-$70,000. I now have my licence back and will not be letting the car go for less than its worth. The price for cash is $50,000 or $55,000 for a trade. The $5,000 buffer is what I expect to lose when I sell your car. If you dont like it, pay cash. I have since aquired a brand new genuine C West bodykit, front and rear bars, skirts, eye lids and vented bonnet. The kit will be going on soon, and the price will adjust accordingly. By all means inquire about the car, just remember the trade rule and dont get offended. Aside from Twoogle and King 180, I havent really been tempted by any other R32's. I cant register Twoogle in Vic and King 180 and I come couldnt come to arrangements. Unless your 32 is up to the standard of these 2 cars, I wont pay more than $20,000, you always have the option of selling first. The C West kit is also available till I fit it. The cost is $5,000. So 485hp is enough to get you an 11.5 down the 1/4 in a car this heavy, that gearbox is a marvel for allowing the motor to stay in its ideal torque range.

Thats no surprise, I dont know of many GTR's that can run 10.5 with a stock transmission for any length of time, be it R32, R33, R34 or R35. I suppose there arent many production cars that can. This will lead to stronger set ups, I'm just thankful to this guy pushing the envelope so soon, so that the rest of us plebs reap the benefit in 4-5 years when we can afford one. There is no question that this guy wont stop till he gets the absolute most out of his car. All I can say to him is thankyou.

For those that truly dont understand how much it costs o bring in a 34 now, check this out, $73,000 from J Spec http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/index.php?ID=13806 The reason the 34's arent selling for the stupidly low prices we have set is because no one has money, it has nothing to do with the price. There is a 1970 SS Chevelle for sale in QLD for $48,000, that is stupid cheap, its been up for 4 months. No money. Beer Baron, please dont GIVE your car away.
