ok, I left mount isa, because i was booked doing 157 in a 60 zone, this was on a sunday arvo, at a roadworks taht had been completed, except the signs where not removed. the copper had hidden his car in the bush and was couched behind the roadworks finish sign. This highway goes STRAIGHT for 40 kms and there is nothing out there except kangaroos and cops, also some emus, anyway i got a $350 and lost my license for one day. but the cops up ther know me so i left. But now they are spending millions on putting cameras from the QLD-NT border through to cloncurry, because they are booking heaps of people speeding, and there has only been 4 deaths in the last 6 years, and that was in the one car crash, everyone else died because the world war 2 roads are washed out on the side and cause roll overs. my brother rolled a car the old day, and wrote it off, he was doing 80km/hr and this was on a straight road, he hit a pot hole and the tyre blew, the 03' hilux dad bought on monday was ****ed after 800kms sorry about the long story, but im bored at work tony mc grady was booked in mount isa last week for not wearing a seat belt also.

mate it depends on your tyres your boost and well everything you basically have to practice to get it right. try and sit on 2500 then 3000 then 3500 and the best launches i get it when i sit on 3000 and control the clutch as i take off so little wheel spin, but that soon turns into speed, just make sure you arent dropping the clutch. I yet have to do a quarter, but I'm just waiting for my car to finished being modded then i will once its properly tuned.

um and your post, does it mean your leaving on sunday night to gc, and doing nothing till friday then going to indy?

yeah i should, i got 8 and 15 holidays and 5 RDO's ****ing at work till 11pm tonight then back at 9am till 6pm tmorrow. all the x-mas stuff from overseas coming in now ****NIG WORK@!#%!^@!&^Y
