It's the silver box on the back of your instrument cluster. About an inch long and wide from memory. Simply remove and join the two wires together. I'm only guessing that it's the same for a Skyline as this is what I did with my S13

For sale, Tein HR coilovers. Second hand, good condition. Came with car from Japan, replaced by more track ready struts. No leaks They look a little rusty in the pics, but not as bad in person and can still be adjusted. No idea on K's travelled in Japan, only did a few hundred here before the whole setup was overhauled. Suit R32 GTR. $700 plus delivery Also for sale, front and rear factory strut braces. Standard 1989 BNR32 ECU and AFM's. Perfect condition, AFM's just cleaned. ECU $100 AFM's $100 Also have a full set of Tein HR coilovers. Not sure of rates or anything, came in the car from Japan. Good condition, have just degreased/cleaned them and there are no leaks, cracks or rust. $700 I have just put a Power FC and Z32's in and some new GReddy suspension, which is the reason for the sales. Sounds like someone got the clearances for your bearings wrong. This is something I would not expect to see come out of the Racepace workshop...
