  1. custom drive shaft and cv's then mounting the to the subframe, work cut out for you but since you can fabricate then go nuts.
  2. r33 rb25det 3" front and high flow cat, Hks silent hi power 102.9db at 4500rpm from 1 metre, not quiet like i was told. also i have plans to do track days and i don't think it would get you kicked out, sounds mean on throttle

Not rego-ing my car anymore so all the standard stuff i was keeping incase of epa is for sale -Full turbo back exhaust including cat -Smic -Airbox with S1 green label afm and green hks filter -Rubber intake pipe and metal hard pipe from the breathers $400.   4. Did you disconnect the plug from the cat sensor, under the passenger side seat?
  5. spotted a dark blue r32 possible gtr with black bonnet on the back of a tow truck going towards Glendale on Friday.
  6. send the ecu to nistune (matt) and get him to set it up with the base tune then go to your tuner. no stuffing around and he can test it on the bench.
  7. dont know what you mean? the only way i know of it working is the z32 ecu with the nistune daughter board running the standard ecr33 rb25det tune.
  8. If you pull the sender and the cluster you should be able to get them fixed by a instrumentation place, nemiss is the 1 I use in Newcastle but I would assume you would have. Something similar near you.

The good news is its easy and very quick to connect and disconnect the tps, you just look at the top of the motor and where the throttle butterfly is that moves when you push the accelerator peddle it has a small black box on the other side, you push in the little tab on the plug and pull the back half to release, it will log this as the fault code and display the dash light, you can clear that with consult after.

  11. If that is the case and the check engine light is now through the cat light disconnect the tps and check it to see if it's using the standard 1. And if it was using the cat light why is it throwing the light with no codes, I reckon pull the plug for the cat sensor first and see where you stand.

  19. don't worry about that light it should only read a resistance value from the sensor, I haven't seen it effect anything, didnt log codes or jump maps so I just cut the sensor out and disconnected it under the passenger seat, and i didnt get the light anymore, the only thing you should note is whether you have an igniter on top of the motor, if you do series 1 if not series 2 running gear

  21. Definitely coil packs, check around the head for any signs of arcing, at night with no lights on you can sometimes see them jumping across.
