yeah its not worth skimping on changing the dump pipes once the turbos are out. in regards to AFM's and cam gears i would still do them just for saftey purposes, since i dont want my engine leaning out.

Okay, thanks for clarifying this - i know have a better idea which turbos will suit my application. I just hope that i dont get too bored of 320awkw's Never been in a 320awkw car, but i assume it would put a smirk on your face.. I guess ill just have to do it and see how i go..

Thanks for the advise, i forgot to mention that i have already completed the below mods: -Full exhuast system turbo back. -Apexi Pods Filters (although thinking of going back to stock box) Forgot about the fuel pump! I never heard of needing to upgrade the "Fuel pressure regulator". So you think i should go the HKS GTSS Twin Turbo Kit, why is it more responsive?

Hi Guys, Recently i have decided that current power is not enough(around 230awkw). I would like to get my car in decent condition so that i can prepare for track days and also have a reliable daily road car. My aim is to have around 320awkw + still be responsive. This is what i am thinking of doing: -HKS 2530 Second Hand turbos's - $2000 -Apexi Power FC - $800 -Nismo 600cc Injectros - $600 -Heavy duty 5 puk clutch (for drivabilty) - $700 -Z32 AFM's - $400 -EBC Profec B II -$300 All this plus tune i am looking at $5200. so i am budgeting for $6000 all up. Now the biggest question is should i go for Garrett GT2560R GTR 320hp ball bearing turbo (Brand New around $2400 - without kit) OR HKS 2530's - $2000 (Second hand without kit) What would be better for my power figure and response goals? Also how much should i expect to pay for a kit to install these turbo's(i.e pipes flanges etc) ~ around $400?? => My mechnanic quoted me $700 to install the turbos, does that sound right? nah comp test results showed perfect on all cylinders thus i want reliability so i will have to get them for sure.

Forgive my ignorance, but.. if it can be done but they are 'maxing out' what will happen? i.e worst case scenario? p.s how much can i sell my current AFM now?

Hi The boys over at Chasers Motorsport have told me that i need to upgrade my stock afm on my r33 gtr to attain this power along with my turbo upgrade - is this true? The reason i ask is because in the RB26 Dyno Results page there are heaps of ppl with 350+ awkw's that haven't listed z32's?

Agreed! I can't believe no one has bought this yet!! Its very cheap even without a hand controller and i wouldn't go any lower.. You could chuck this up on ebay and get more if you wanted a quick sale.

Hey, thats cheap $1500! only prob is for a GTR a good heavy duty brand new costs around $3000.. hopefully install of clutch doesnt cost ridiculous amounts, hoping for around 200 - 300 bucks yeah?

Hi Guys, I have seen a few ppl selling used secong hand clutches on the forums, and it seems no one wants them or they are too overpriced? e.g. Linky 1 Linky 2 My stock clutch is on the way out and i need something which can handle more power and regular track days! How long could these clutches last for considering i would be going track days once a month?

Just got a quote form Chasers automotive today who said it will cost $150 to install the dump pipes..? wierd. unless he was thinking "front pipes". ill confirm and get back to you.

sorry someone just bought it.. lol These ones are cheap too though, ebay link doesnt work for some reason? anyway they are "JDM Performance Stainless Dump Pipe-RB26DETT R32 GTR" @ AU $189.00. did you do it yourself mate? i did my exhuast and front pipes myself at home in my garage, but dont think i could get away with installing dump pipes myself? how much would a mechanic charge for something like this? cheers. BTW, did you notice a big power difference?

Hi, R33 GTR with stock turbos, is it possible to upgrade the stock Dump Pipes without taking out the turbos? i.e install them from underneath the car? how much should i be looking at for install? Found these and want to stick them on when i tune my car this weekend linky I heard they offer a big power increase? Thanks.

Hi guys, This is an issue which causes mixed opinions but i would like to get a definitive answer from someone who 100% knows. Situation 1: You get caught with an After-market ECU after a crash when an insurance assessor comes to inspect the vehicle. Is your insurance void? Should i tell Just Cars that i have a power fc installed? What are the facts, and the risks here?
