  3. Sigh, a stock r34 gtr engine will not make anymore than 300awhp, 250-280hp more likely. There are too many restrictions in stock form. With a decent exhaust and 1bar of boost they make around 330awhp, a stock exhaust hides abit more than 20hp, more so around 40-60hp since the stock exhaust doesnt let the turbos go past 10-12psi either. If its got an n1 oil pump and new clutch, over 9000.
  4. yes i was running 398hp which is just shy of 300kw, if i was running them at 1.4-1.5bar i think they would make around 320kw easy final price drop $1250 FIRM
  5. I didnt get ripped off as much as you guys, he only owes me 220 for a gtr catch can, but im still pissed off that he has gotten away with all this stuff so far, he needs to be dealt with... Scum of the earth is all i can say and i will have quite some pleasure seeing him suffer, either by law or "insert what works for you here" This text was in his signature on one of his accounts; "AUTO PALACE AUTOMOTIVE REFINISHERS 94693711" so that might lead you onto him as he might be acossiated with them in a way, possibly a friends business? previous employment location? maybe even nothing? its a lead none the less. Good luck guys, this guy needs to be caught! Too bad im in perth, otherwise i would have tracked him down by now.

  7. hmmm, im not running a restrictor on my gt35 and my oil pressure goes to 6bar very very regularly and ive never had any issues with the turbo, i think it even goes to 7.5bar on a cold start.

  11. simple mods like that just goes to show that nissan didnt think a few things through properly i get quite annoyed when people question things like that with a blank statement like "im sure nissan knows more than you do" <--- not always the case!

  15. Simon I have some questions for you as Im going to be installing an rb25 into a friends s15 very soon, where did you get your plenum from? Are all china ones the same quality or are some better than others? Did you have to get yours machined? Good idea to get done or not needed? Does the stock TB bolt onto it? Also, what ecu / afm are you running? From memory it was an r32 nistune with z32 and a seperate VCT window switch ? MSD ?

  19. the -7s and -9s (aka GT-SS) are on the same level in terms of power and response, not sure on the exact differences but id say they are atleast 90% the same. -5s are bigger and laggier and make more power. GT-RS are bigger and laggier than the -5s but make more power again. I had stock cams, stock engine, 700cc inj and pfc DJ. These turbos could have made more if I ran stronger actuators that could hold boost higher till redline (eg HKS 1bar actuators)
