  1. Hi guys, I have bought some s/h 600cc top feed injectors and flow tested them at my workshop and got the results below (all i know is, they are black, says 'siemens' on the side and previous owner THINKS they are sards.. if anyone has a better guess, let me know lol) now, im new to the injector flow testing show so i would like some educated input, as to wether these results are ok, or if these will need further attention before installation (ie, ultrasonic clean etc) to me, these results seem ok except for 1 injector that seems to be spraying about 5% more than all the rest, should i be worried?
  2. we were not expecting to make 400 but his donk pulled it off haha tight engine
  3. sorry to barge in but the 33gtst calipers and 32 gtr calipers are very similar but 1 characteristic, the pistons inside the caliper on the 32 gtr are slightly larger.. but hey, whos gonna pick that? lol niran your brakes will pass fine dont worry speak to an engineer first, get him to look over everything, he will tell ya wat he wants to see for him/her to approve it lol i just got another idea.. scratch off ur engine number from the block, take off the coil pack cover go to another pits, wen they scratch their heads at the absent engine number, play dumb and hope for the best??? haha
  4. yes, kenr34 is an awesome guy
  5. i want an rb26 for christmas btw dont say ho ho ho, u will get sued i believe its har har har now ?
  6. i cant see any pod filters either
  7. thank you
  8. im not talking about race cars with specially designed air ducts, ask anyone with experience, pods on a gtr get heatsoaked very quickly as compared to the panel filter, u need to design a cai t o run pods but stock airbox with k and n panel filter is the best bang for buck wen u compare it to a 300-400 dollar pod kit
  9. the stock airbox with a k&n panel filter works better than any exposed dual pod filter setup
  10. haha good to see your happy with it, i was really happy with my old 33 gtr, never had a problem with it, but it was the paranoia of breaking sumthing with no money in my pocket which made me sell it and downgrade to sumthing abit more 'raping' friendly and left some cash on the side wat mods does it have? my gtr had all the basic goodies on it that every gtr should have, it just needed a power fc + tune .. heres a link to wat mine had on it http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...ec-t284822.html make sure u get an oil cooler, my oil temp never went over 85 even during the day oh and overfill your engine with about half a litre of oil wen u service it, always good to keep the oil in excess
  11. has it always been like that or did it start doing that recently by itself? do u have a short shifter?
  12. a quick search would have found u this..... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...Gu-t268118.html
  13. sounds like ur timing belt hasnt been installed properly, check that first, spark plugs dont make u ping !! >.<
  14. if u want a responsive street setup go -5 garrets, poncams, cam gears, injectors, power fc dj (ur better off not running air flow meters from the start coz if u want to go for a topmount setup u wont need to change ur ecu again) expect around 450-500hp with this setup (if u dont wanna rebuild ur motor, dont go over 450 with a conservative tune) however, once u come into that power bracket, u can also consider top mount setups like gt35's which will fetch you much a more aggressive top end power (550-650), ive been reading alot of stories where the power delivery of a top mount setup is alot smoother than a twin turbo setup such as the -5's, ur pistons will probably give out at this power level tho haha ps. i noticed ur not running an oil cooler, get one asap!
  15. i used Autotrans to bring my gtr33 from adelaide to perth, was the cheapest i think it was 700 buks .. cant remember, but they r pretty good
  16. some r34 gt-t's came with adjustable nismo mufflers which ran a cable to the rear to control a butterfly, just remove it and forget about it seeing as u have replaced it
  17. dude why have you not asked the master yet? haha, i cant help u tho, i fly away 2moro i wont be back for another week..
  18. hey mate, can you email me some more pics of the front bar and lip, including all damages/chips to [email protected] cheers
  19. do they use the standard injector plugs too ?
  20. will have to ask ken for that one, he purchased it from slide performance pm him tomorrow 'KEN-R34' for the record.. ive got my hands on an r34 gt-t too now, i cannot wait to burn this stock clutch out and put a 3 puck in it!! muahaha
  21. yes grease was put on the surface that rubs up and down the input shaft housing, its quite easy to forget little things like that lol sp1g0t bush was also filled with oil before installation if u really want to get descriptive.. i spelt that word with numbers coz it converts it to scopot automatically.. lol wtf
  22. thats not an easy question to answer, how much boost/power are u expecting/getting from the car? ive seen sum pretty mean rb25's making over 500 with a 3076 but most ppl get about 400hp out of them on the stock engine you would have to ask the people who sell the clutch to you, they will have approx power figures, but to be honest, i dont see why it cant, its got a pretty decent clamp load on it, and bites very hard
  23. LOL
