I suggest you run hks actuators if you want to run 20-22 pounds without the boost curve falling over. My turbos spike to 1.5bar then drop down to 1.3bar by redline, i havent been able to get rid of that spike

Sorry this is not related to Kando turbos but while your on the topic of wastegates.. Simon, what spring(s) do you have in your 44mm MVR and also; if ur ebc is set to 0% does it boost at the spring pressure till redline or does it creep up a little? I bought a 1 bar 44mm tial and i hoping it lets my gt35 run 18psi and no more.. will be running poncams too if that means anything in terms of wastegate flow? Im kinda scared that if it spikes or creeps past 20psi i will have to change the wastegate to a 50mm TS I guess we will have to see!

Eric, I have the sard 700cc's, they are direct replacement and will support 450-500hp with adequate fuel pressure. Since they all cost pretty much the same, u may aswell get a set thats got some headroom!

interested in the other s3 gearbox u have with the redline oil is this the gearbox u were making 500kw with? if not what is the history of it? condition of the bearings and synchros etc? also interested in the fuel pressure and boost gauge combo, let me know if u can do both of these as a package deal, i can organise TOLL to come and collect to make ur life abit easier cheers oz
