  1. That's not it at all. I looked at all the auctions he had listed (it was around 20) and only 3 hadn't been cancelled. Once again, I'm sorry to RoguePi and I don't mean any harm. But an auction is an auction. I never cancel mine unless there is a genuine reason. I think I've cancelled maybe 6 in 6 years out of aorund 400 items I've listed.
  2. Wow, look, another! He must be scamming some idiots if he keeps doing it! This one says it's 2002 model, didn't know they came out in a complete R33 bodykit? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...2488113809&rd=1 Send him this one!
  3. I'm sorry to RoguePi if he is a real nice bloke, but 3 items I was bidding on all got cancelled right at the last minute. As for things with no reserve, put a higher price on them or use buy-it-now. Sorry but ending auctions early is both a bastards act and very much against ebay policy.
  4. Yeah, I did both last night. Reported to ebay and emailed the seller. Haven't got a reply from the seller.
  5. That's something I have seriously considered. The only thing is you would have to be a fool to bid.
  6. :bs!: So in other words after I've pocketed $3000 of yours, I'll supply you some fake address. By the time you get there, I'll be long gone. Why the hell couldn't he give you an address before you pay a deposit. This is now becomming very amusing.
  7. A cut and paste reply, that's the exact same email he sent to me. Finishing auctions early if they don't get what you want is dodgy I'm afraid. Start it at a higher price, use buy it now or a reserve (where ebay still allows them). People are sitting there and bidding on parts they need or want only to find the bids cancelled and auctions closed. Let me tell you how quick his account would last if someone asked ebay to investigate why he had so many cancelled auctions. Don't want to give anyone a bad name if they don't deserve it. But what if I worded it as such "Don't bid on any good deals you find by a seller called RoguePi as he will only cancel the auction".
  8. He told me he was overseas on business. I'm thinking "You wouldn't auction your GTR without being there!" I wish I had of kept his reply and posted it here.
  9. You'd hate to think that was the case but with 1000's of registered users there must be a few bad apples.
  10. Get's dodgier by the minute. Another guy on there (Roguepi is his ID) alsways has some absolutely awesome parts listed yet most of his auctions are cancelled at the last minute.
  11. I've been buying and selling on it for 6 years and never really had a problem. Can't say the same for retailers in the sane time. Either way, I had no intentions of bidding on this, just wanted to see if anyone had any legit info on it.
  12. There's $15000 worth of seats, rims, bodykit, etc. I thought it's either fake or stolen.
  13. I had a quick look around here in case someone else has noticed this auction. Click the link below. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...me=STRK:MEWA:IT It's a 2000 model R34 GTR, far from standard. Whn I emailed the guy I goy an email back with some story about him being overseas and needing to sell the car in a hurry. The reserve is AU$15,000! It has to be hot. Does anyone know anything about this car?
  14. One issue of HPI gives all the details, I just can't remember what issue.
  15. My GTR was running too much boost in a previous life and the head has actually been moving! Turbos aren't the only thing damaged when boost is wound up.
  16. Cyco, see below the pic of my R32 GTR, torque split in the dash and 10k tacho!
  17. I've always ranted about this. When it's a Falcodore they mention how "the sedam in which they were travelling" but if it's Jap then it's "the high powered Nissan Skyline was driving at high speed"
  18. It's the coolest thing I've heard of in a while. It'll teach the current owner for not being a SAU member!
  19. Finishes it first by a mile. trust me, nobody would play against him anymore.
  20. I'll go get my bro, you may wanna rethink that statement. We gave up playing against him years ago.
  21. My GTR is an early one (build no 000410) and it has the digital control.
  22. I had such a huge Sega collection that I was able to sell 2/3's of it and buy my GTR Had a little bit of Nintendo but as far as the 8bits go, Master System all the way over the NES. Still own: Master System GameGear Mega Drive Mega CD 32X Saturn Dreamcast N64 GameCube plus around 150 games! One of my treasures is the Japanese version of Need for Speed for the Saturn. It's called "Nissan Presents: Overdriving GTR" and instead of porches, etc it's all Nissans :aroused:
  23. No worries Steve, and trust me, I wasn't bringing a downer on your purchase, I get excited for the buyer everytime someone says they bought one (helping a friend land her 32 GTS-T as we speak). Honestly the best thing you will ever do and somehow a bigger purchase than a house I used one og Geoff's recommendations and although they had the car a lot longer than they originally said, it all came back good in the end. The going rate seems to be $1300 to $1500 so let us know what you get quoted. I still get all the Prestige emails and I remember seeing yours come through and wondered what lucky sod would end up with it Still, you may be even more surprised as mine was meant to be fairly stock and the first run on the dyno (before we tuned it) produced 300 rwkw!
