That is fairly normal for a female her weight/ size. People that cut on less usually have a large cheat day or binge, not being consistent. If you feel it's high in comparison to your intake, you really should be looking into what you can do to improve your maintenance.

After this comp I'd suggest you recalculate your macros and gradually increase your carbs, reverse dieting style, or just start eating more. Your protein is quite high for your size and your carbs are ridiculously low. 1200cal is low. Simply by dropping your protein 50g you could eat 50g more carbs and maybe not get as many cravings.

Save up and get a whole Ross kit and eliminate any further CAS issues.. -
You realize it's impossible to have 300calories left if you have met your macros?A calorie count is made up by a multiple of the required macro amount in grams x it's caloric value,... and what do you call not much carbs then, if youre only having what you're having now...

you aren't following the IIFYM routine if your ratios are like that. Well, not how i interpret the way Layne describes it. You just happen to know what your macros are.
-
You can cut water because you aren't lean if it's just mucking around for a bet. Layne's point is If you have to cut water for a comp, you just aren't lean enough.

No Birds, and that is a terrible example in relation to what the physio would be trying to achieve. Unless the muscle is torn substantially, carrying out a technically correct movement shouldn't do any damage. - having a debilitating tightness/impingement and tear are totally different. see below. Like with anything, the more information known, the easier diagnosis can be. This may be a trial and error over a few sessions to guage what is setting it off. Someone like Rev going to see a professional, which he probably never needs to because of his knowledge, would be a lot easier to diagnose than the average person going in with no real probable cause. With around 700 muscles, it's not as simple as saying 'my shoulder hurts' *This isn't directed at you either Leesh, just had to explain my comment for birds as he got his back up over someone questioning him questioning a professional.

Effort is a big contributor to everything. It's similar in that they are both a progressive training program, which imo, everyone should do.

Vnt should be easy enough to fit in that configuration you'd think! Would be crazy
-
Correct movement shouldn't cause any aggravation

markos' email in below link http://gpcaustralia.com/index.php/contact-us It is a PDF file Markos emails to you. His gym results speak for themselves, plus people on here have used it with good success. It's not your normal bodybuilding.com 6 week transformation though.

A workmate failed his because he ate a poppyseed muffin 2 days prior. If you can delcare, they let you stay at work provided it isn't illegal. He couldnt work it out until a doctor mentioned poppyseeds. He had a 5 day holiday.

I would be reluctant to go that way. HKS 2530's still fetch a price in comparison to -5, would probably be worth keeping/selling and using some cheap -5 to modify.

weren't you required to state what medications (which should include supplements) you take before being tested?

Project: Squat Dodger/no More Curling Like A Bro/get Ankle Better
jangles replied to No Crust Racing's topic in Build Threads
tolerance for pain doesn't mean it's any less of an issue. -
ah yep, I was ignoring the ankle fact as I thought you started squats and deadlifts after that injury and were stopping them because of current injury.. My point of giving up wasn't as a whole workout, I just meant because of the injury, don't let it hamper your goals... They should be exactly the same, maybe going to take longer, but still be there.

I'd save the money from an MRI and spend it on physio treatment Dan.The treatment stays the same either way and if they can't work out what is wrong by feel and the symptoms then I would be going somewhere else. Unless its an injury that just happens and throws a disk out, then a chiro isn't really the right choice IMO. The muscles need to be strengthened, sure, if its a debilitating pain, see a chiro to put your spine straight... But start going to a physio to get the muscles and everything sorted out. With the muscles being imbalanced pulling you out of straight, simply by forcing it back straight without fixing the tight spot causing it, it will slip back out again. Maybe you'll need 6 months or more of treatment. But you've got to live the rest of your life in the only body you have.. Won't be much fun in 5 years time when you can't play with your children because of a bad back. -
I take it you're referring to your hamstring troubles.... It won't get better on its own, it also won't get better chopping and changing between therapists trying to find a cure, unless they all suck of course. Give it time, a real amount of time. I'd choose physio as its muscle related, I went to chiro for 12 months before switching to physio, chiro doesn't fix the tight muscles that's causing the misalignment in the first place. 2 years before it even starts to slowly get better seems absolutely ridiculous. It should be better after the first session and continually improve with rehab and subsequent sessions that may last a long time, more so than a handful of 'many visits'. To put it into perspective, I have frequented my physio and massage therapist for over 3 years now, it's an on going procedure, not something that I can sit round and hope it gets/stays perfect...as it doesn't, you just learn to live with the discomfort, as I did for the 6 years prior. I would of thought strengthening your lower back and legs would only improve your imbalances if doing it right. I can only suggest not to give up and do everything you can to fix it now, not avoid it and hope it goes away.

So you were eating nothing and now eating normal.... once you learn the caloric values of food you realize how little you were really eating, it's crazy to think back on what you once thought was a lot.

The way Martin lifts, he makes them all look 'easy'

Sometimes those costs have to be factored into the 'cheap' mainland cars unfortunately. Goodluck.

Tint that's too dark, a screamer, and 'not too low' but is 100mm.... Which is about the depth that the open class WTAC Winnig gtr runs at.... It's usually the easy to change and obvious things that can't be ignored that are hardest... Like dark tint and low. Surely you get the point after a 'few' different places say the same thing. you're asking someone to risk their operating license.

63 is the 2530 trim, 60.1mm is the compressor
