  1. Can you try find out whether they are 60 or 63's? Peak torque and ~425kw on 2.6 @ 5k seems pretty impressive. ~ 600nm and 300kw @ 4500rpm.. What are your -5 and 2.8 figures piggaz? Someone care to overlap a graph with piggaz' graph? should do a back to back for us Paul.. Wonder how much the 2.5" housing limits the performance... Either way, no bad.
  2. It's not that they are a limiting factor, it's just the valves need to be purchased and seated anyway, so wouldn't imagine the cost would be much more. bigger valves are usually a good mod for power, not necessary though
  3. What was the setup?
  4. Put 1mm OS valves in it if you're not leaving it standards
  5. Yeah I honestly dont know what to expect from them. 400,450,500. who knows. could only base it on Gav's 63 results @ 27 Should be able to hold 30psi or whatever it takes to get them in range though.
  6. I've had two strapped to a 26 for 12 months. It's just yet to be started.
  7. Doesn't the squats say 2x15 or 3x10.... Which are you doing to = 12,12,12,8?I was under the impression that it would look something like (for 3x10) Yx10, Yx10, Yx8, more is say Yx6.... Next time Yx10, Yx10, Yx10...then up weight.... Yx10, Yx9, Yx8, more Yx5.. Yx10,Yx10,Yx10.....Up weight Etc... The head isn't meant to face down, just so the back is straight. Shoulders should be so tight that head nearly sits in correct spot without thinking. Also, if you're doing a 5x5 deadlift day as well, you aren't doing his beginners program anymore, as it strays from it? Not that it probably matters, unless it's what's slowing progression. Definitely get yourself some 1.25kg plates. If you're grinding out an extra rep 3xweek then going up 2.5kg a week, in 52weeks that's a lot of change.
  8. The price of krill oil per volume vs the concentration of EPA/DHA makes its a poor choice. You're better off with a 3xstronger variant like blackmores.
  9. Knees moving too far forward can put stress on the area I think youre explaining.
  10. ~4800Cal ~460g protein ~450g carbs ~90g fat how much does the rig weigh?
  11. Oil doesn't go down to the sump, so don't worry.
  12. Relatively strict for a guy his size and weight for sure
  13. Yep, Its a valuable tool.Probably worthless, like any method, to people that don't dedicate themselves.
  14. yep. Worth every cent to me. I've gone from injury to +30kg on before injury best on squat. +15kg on bench +20kg on deadlift in just over 3 months.
  15. Better tell Markos that his record making generic program is a rip off then
  16. Surely you can tell I'm far too serious.... Cue: joker meme
  17. Guilty conscience?I was referring to your squat/movement issues... Butt wink is mobility and movement related, just like your feet needing to turn out. Also, figjam, I don't see how purchasing something that supports something that you're passionate about and will help you is ripping yourself off. I won't give out copy's of my workout, only cost $20, but it supports the people that developed it.
  18. Yeah, also, my negativeness to the repetitive questions, they are different questions on your part, butt wink etc. but they all stem down to pretty much the same issue usually. Also, I'll re word. The book I use has HEAPS of stretches/mobility exercises, using compression bands to floss, banded distractions with resistance bands, ball/foam roller/bar smashing/massage techniques, multiple ways to do the one thing, usually in 3 stages. Also talks you through setup and execution of movements/lifts with common fault errors and ways to correct said faults. I'll even YouTube te videos so I get a further understanding if I can't grasp it from the pics All in all, best thing I've purchased equal to the implements to help excute the movements
  19. Sorry for the attack Dan, I just feel its a question you should know the answer to if you read about it/educate yourself. Questions are because you don't know the answer, usually. Sorry for the assumption.
  20. People can ask questions all they like. yes, the topic is usually covered. The same person over and over again, gets repetitive. All you want is someone to give you a magic bullet.
  21. Well i could turn to chapter xx of said book and retype what i read about xxx movements/exercises to answer your question/s, but in the time it takes me to do that, you could of ordered one and had it express posted and it would have everything at your finger tips, instead of it being regurgitated and having to still explain multiple times all the answers that would be in front of you in the informative book, compiled by a doctor. Also, on the plus side, it will have many more indirect suggestions and other movements that you will most likely find very helpful. I've had success with this, that's why I replied
  22. How I've explained it before.Teach yourself how, by either reading how to, being taught by someone, watching someone do it etc..... Its not something that happens over night and unless you correct the posture/mechanics that are causing it, whatever it is, it will forever remain. I use a book called 'becoming a supple leopard' cost me $60, youve ignored the advice before, yet here we are. again. edit: there are stronger people than me, who squat far more without any consideration for 'mobility', I'm not judging those people, just Dan.
  23. Get a diary, write in it after every set. improve on it next time you do that session.
  24. your mobility sucks.
