  1. Strength doesn't mean size, if you lost fat at a similar rate to muscle gain you'll have a smaller arse.I can see you heading towards curls again if your partner inhibits you from doing a motion that will better your whole life because 'yo got junk in da trunk' Edit: by inhibits, I mean makes you think twice about it and put up google eyed smileys
  2. The response is in the standard system.
  3. haha fad dieting. macro counting is the way of the future and the reason why all diets work, but not why they fail. Not everything works for everyone though. You're the only one thats bashing people who try with proven effecient methods though Troy has been at it 24 months, and only 2% off you and lifts more....gulp. better stop Troy. Explain to us why your lifts/muscle development are so far behind? could it be because the lack of optimal methods you use?
  4. Nope, I'm saying you achieved a system that works for you over a long period of time and essentially critisize the people who are using a system that works for them more efficiently. Why f*ck around when you can get there quicker. You keep on saying there is more work to be done in the gym, it's known fact diet is far more important than anything done in the gym. You know what you need to do to gain or lose weight, so do they, just a different way of keeping track.
  5. if you have 500ml of milk and the oats, you'll be getting around 20-30g of protein.
  6. yet again..9+ years of working out what works for you... same as you more or less said in the lifting thread could apply, not optimal, but its what you do.
  7. protein is food....
  8. Ham is a processed meat. Leg ham is less processed than say, the square blocks that are formed from scraps. but it is still processed. It has things added to it, thats what makes ham and bacon taste so different to a pork chop. so, not unnecessary addictives or it wouldnt be what it is, but the ones you don't like.
  9. for the sake of couple of hundred, would be mad to if forged
  10. Did the race pack or ecu give any other data Peter?
  11. You've got 9+ years of experience doing so as well, most people need a guide or a manual to start with, once doing something for a while they no longer need the guide.
  12. Need this gone. PM serious offers.
  13. Yeah, 2 months off and I did I PB. Not as much is lost as people think.
  14. any pretrainer should give you that sort of lift/energy whatever it is. Also, 'fat burners' give energy just the same as caffeine does etc. not so much a pre workout, but an energy drink. 2shredded, Amphetalean, Body Effects, they might even 'burn some fat' but mainly boost energy and focus for daily activities not gym related.
  15. definitely try dry needling if the remedial massage doesnt help.
  16. dont you train at home? with yourself?
  17. I replied to something you said, that's what it's getting at. If you think you can only get 1 rep out, then do 2, how is your mind stronger up until that point? It's thinking only 1 is possible until you tell yourself, no, 2, my body can do 2. (compared to someone who thinks they can do 1 more, which means they could only do 1 more) IMO its harder to stop short to achieve your goal than it is to push to failure.
  18. Don't be fooled into buying anything other than coppers either.
  19. But is it really the reason you went from 130 > 180 in 8 weeks? You started eating more and actually focused more on powerlifts didn't you?
  20. Your mind must be weaker than your body until you trigger that then.
  21. Yep. If I feel I could get one more rep out I stop. If I feel i could get 2-3 out, I'll do another.
