you've done nothing but bash them like a complete twat.I just don't sit behind a keyboard being high and mighty. Many people had differing opinions of what could of been the issues, none of which we would of known until the car was looked at by Jez. Now we know. Not once have I defended them, just put another option of opinion, un like you, who clearly just want to voice your blind one sided opinion on the internet. If you still think any business is successful because of poor customer service or unhappy customers, you're delusional. I'm happy that Pete's car is doing what he wanted it to do now. And Pete, not once have I said you've bashed them, it's people like Mick who have done that. -

I'm sure CRD didn't get where they are by having unhappy customers for 25years. Good outcome for Pete just the same. -
You forgot a simple flow switch. Thats what id be using on the line into the tank. Joey, If you're worried every time your ~5l tank uses 2.5l you might as well have a 3l tank.

I'm selling my twin GTX2860 turbo kit. Build went down a different path. It has never been ran, so everything is as new. Turbos inlet have been modified to run plazmaman vband clamps. Custom inlet piping to suit. RB26 GT series rear housings, hi temp coated Turbosmart internal wastegates modified to suit. Will hold 40psi and spring can be changed just like in any external gate. HPI 3" dumps, hi temp coated $4500 for the lot, PM me

Not sure, But cooked lean meats are closer to 30g/100
-
Even Seitan is only on par with lean meats per 100g, which is generally the highest protein content. You'd probably find more info if you googled vegan body builders. But then again, bros don't like carbs and salt. I wouldn't trade it for meat, unless it was considerably cheaper as a sometimes substitute.
-
That's interesting, as Soy/Tofu protein per 100g is less than lean meats
-
Many of the greens like broccoli have a far greater % of protein than meat too, it's just you need so much of it.It's the exact reason why it's far better to use grams per 100g than a percentage.

I arch my back as per a powerlifting movement, it was a paused bench, in my first real comp. Range of motion has shortened simply because I'm bigger, as I'm now around 95kg instead of 75-85kg when I was getting shoulder pain more frequently. 135kg was best paused at that bw. Mind you, I'm generally just a lot stronger now though as my size per height is more optimal, albeit, I'm not as lean/skinny as I used to be.
-
Always on the quest for more, with all my lifts. As far as injuries go, I used to be hurting my shoulders and pecs quite often, now I'm at a more suitable weight for my height, the range of motion isn't as far, no more injuries/shoulder issues!

Turbo missing compressor? Gotta make it to 100 -
Hit 352 8weeks ago, put on about 5kg of size over last 12months so my levers are far better, plus whatever muscle for strength too.

Nope, from everything I've read it went In to get a retune because everyone on here told Pete the tune is bad.Not to fix an exhaust leak. I'm not saying its right, I'm saying that there is no evidence at this stage to show that those holes were in the manifold when it was originally put on. Jez hasn't even made it miraculously make more power and more response yet. So lets wait and see if it was the tune after all. -
