  1. I don't think touching the chest is going to fix what Markos was suggesting. Set up, back arch, drive are all 'issues' there as well. Markos wasn't blaming you, he was suggesting you've been taught wrong by whoever trained you.
  2. I think Markos is just saying it how it is. No bullshit. What he has said is the truth ultimately. People shouldn't get offended by it, they should stop, think about what's been pointed out by someone with as much knowledge and experience as markos and do something to fix it. He is only looking out for the people in question and no doubt probably more as more videos are posted. Free correct advice is good advice, most people have to pay for it.
  3. Then a spline than drives the gears?
  4. Be madness to take those over the new Ferrari. Whether you like the looks or not!
  5. Cut guards and add a piece? Keeps standard lines but looks fat.
  6. Well from those links it answers your questions 1: Tomei is best/better by design - spline drive 2: Nitto doesn't have a spline drive available for sale yet. 3: Jun and nitto pumps will suit your power outputs. Plenty of more serious powered cars running those pumps. 4: limiter bashing will kill all pumps. JUN, TOMEI and even HKS were all the options until NITTO came along. NITTO seems more readily available as its 'local' You can even just use upgraded billet gears for a standard or N1 pump.
  7. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/399044-nitto-oil-pump-redesign/page-2?hl=%2Boil+%2Bpump#entry6773488 http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/420751-jun-oil-pump-what-you-guys-think-please-help/?hl=oil+pump#entry6772829 Use what you can afford. Jun and nitto have been used in many cars with twice the power.
  8. A 500kw rb26 isn't generally a response monster. There will be many other issues before the weight of rods affect anything.
  9. I find these better than a cricket ball as they have some give and you don't need to support your body weight as much. http://www.physiosupplies.com.au/fitness/Massage-Balls.html
  10. that's impressive. I like your YouTube comment. Edit: every effing video you put up is.
  11. The mods will vary between heads slightly, hydraulic lifters vs solid in the 26. Unless you convert to solid lifters. This will restrict your rev limit somewhat... But people make massive power with hydraulic lifters still. from all reports that clutch is going to destroy gearboxes quicker than others. PPG dog box will handle that power. So will stock, depending on how you drive it.
  12. 15 with no legs today. No video,so didn't really happen. Hopefully I can do some more by end of month.
  13. Good news. I'm in a similar state atm compensating for my bung hammy.
  14. You might be just loosing some fat too, if you're getting stronger your muscles generally aren't getting smaller. Your knees will follow your feet. 45 is fine if that's what makes you get down. As long as everything else is in check.
  15. My point was, you replied to talk about the injury in the powerlifting thread.
  16. I should be right to have a decent go at this one by end of the month, if not sooner. I only try the ones that fit into my routine
  17. Do you comment without even looking half the time? Torn hamstring. Powerlifting thread.
  18. I can't lay down to do it? Let alone get my legs in the air. I wasn't making excuses.
  19. Gotta Bung leg birds
  20. Hoping I can get comfortable enough in 4 weeks to have a decent crack at this!
  21. Yep, says you can fail it 4 times before starting over.
