  1. wouldnt even worry about weight as a figure. clothes size and mirror is a better guage. you know what you have to do then.
  2. What's happened here?
  3. Fat yes, weight no.
  4. Wanted: stock flogged out R32 Gtr suspension. Only want it to roll a car in and out of shed. So don't want to pay anything or next to nothing.
  5. its not even that many years ago, even back to 1900's.. 3 months is all it took for a 10yr olds foot to deform after 3 months of shoe wearing. basically like anything, they strengthen weak spots = better birthdayshoes.com is a good site
  6. ive never been in this thread, and bam, something i can relate to. I use vibram 5 fingers, used to do all my lifts in them as well. Definitely build up leg and ankle support. Can be painful at first. Ironic moment yesterday when someone said ill break my ankle in those because they don't have any support...within 5 mins he was on the ground because of unstable footwear.
  7. Beginners will have larger gains, after that, no way There are plenty of articles, science and proven. that's why it's humorous when people say otherwise.
  8. Super humans.
  9. I've been going to the same one for past 9 years, lucky I guess
  10. I did my PB with a twinge in my back. A physio would most likely rub and release the issue and give you stretches to aid in avoiding future aggravation. You'll strengthen the area by lifting more. we gave you suggestions on technique. You may have perfect form, that twinge could be totally unrelated to the exercise you're performing
  11. and some sort of timeline.
  12. He means 1RM. Buy 'Starting Strength' by mark ripptoe and read it.
  13. If you get it sorted and do what's suggested, you'll have a plan
  14. After 11 weeks I'd get everything else sorted before I thought about deloads
  15. Be careful Dani Boi, people are scared of it
  16. The biggest issue I read was you don't want to get stronger. Yet complaining you keep failing/plateauing. Those lifts aren't very 'heavy' for a guy your 'size' Do you know about the 3 big lifts? Get stronger and you'll be able to do full squats. Get a decent progressive training program that sets you up with goals and targets to hit and meet, quite a few good ones about. Markos on here has a good one based on his years of experience. One I've personally have had great success with is using Dave tates period table 531
  17. ah yeah! That'll do it everytime!
  18. Gotta stoke that metabolism
  19. Power won't warrant a stroker. Where you want the power will. Your budget really will depend on what you buy. No point buying carillos if they aren't needed. $$$ for other parts. Nitto do combos with rods and JE pistons Like Duncan said, more often than not its the machining that is the make or break factor.
  20. 2) don't have to lose it 3) yes there is. 4) the Neo VCT is constantly variable so.. Better, if you're building it you'll have an aftermarket ecu anyway?
  21. Just a read I found http://hioctaneracing.com/blog/2011/1/5/selecting-the-best-connnecting-rods-for-your-engine.html
  22. Well done! what are you up to now?
  23. They sell them as designer test boosters etc. most don't last long on the market before they canned. Hence 'legal' PCT doesnt kick start testosterone production, they block estrogen production which usually increases at the same rate as test and would go sky high after the artificial production of test stops entering the body.
