I do quite a few stretches and warmups before getting into my working sets. Plenty of rest.
Didn't do enough to start with, ever since I added more I feel far better off.
There is no conceivable way you can do an injury if technique is right.
where's his situps? Couldn't of got abs without them...jks
Seriously though, this is the exact reason I avoid answering people's questions about 'how'd you do it?' they expect a miracle.
This guy is a beast!
well im a lot lighter than i used to be, but physically bigger and way stronger.
People that dont know seem to need to see fat to look big.
not the people in the gym, just people that end up talking about how amazing they are at curling. generally the people that dont get it.
most would do deads as a primary workout, increasing by 5 a week. the way birds does it, 2.5 prob wont hurt.
I started deadlifting to fix my back and leg injuries, youre a positive fella birds, lift big.
seeing as this is all about gym and physique....
Compared to me he is huge. compared to what he could be if he wanted to be, he is 'small'
But like I said, he is exactly how he wants to be and is happy with that, which is what matters. Wasn't taking anything away from what he has achieved and maintained.
Edit: I gave up worrying what people in and out of the gym think. I'm small and get told that by people wearing smaller shirts that can't lift their bw.
Im not taking anything away from you birds, but you're small for your height from everything I've read and learnt. You're happy though and that is what you want.
Single digit bf and muscle saturation is usually around height minus 100
True! I'd love another increase like that!
I've always wondered why you squat and dead on same days birds, when usually big compounds are separate, just because?
I've never used straps, always done mixed grip.
my energy/leg strength fails before my grip.
seen a guy doing 40kg deads with straps that were taking him longer to set up than the deads themselves. 100+kg guy also. Must of been toning.
But the quantity still can't be there.
For example a PWO meal for me is around 2000kcal which if divided into a couple groups it equates to 400g of chicken and 1kg of potato plus more. That's just after gym.
are you eating the right things though? actually, the answer is no because you arent gaining.
get more of the right food into you, or supp it.
if its too expensive to eat, dont complain that you cant put on mass!
food really is the key.
Thanks for your opinion.
It wasn't a negative, more so that from my experiences people start to enjoy taking photos of themselves once they can see progress and results. Charlie is still progressing towards her goals and doing well.
Very rarely do lean females have big boobs still. It's amazing how many females that think they have big tits don't stop to think its because its fat.
And the lack of lower body exercises seems evident
You probably won't take a pic like that because you're not in a position to look as good as she does. Once you are, your opinion may differ about photos.
thats correct. also your goals, height, age
I was just referencing its not that much if 80kg @ 10-15% is desired. (thats a huge difference btw)
working it out for the individual is obviously ultimate.
I was under the impression that they are a muscle like any other. Work them heavy.
Squat heavy and you will get a strong core, can't squat 2xbody weight with weak core.
