  1. Yeah that white woman watched a 3D movie and ended up with a black kid while her white husband was posted!
  2. We have no drag track now so makes its more difficult.
  3. Ah yes. Makes sense! Look great!
  4. What's the advantage of tuned length in a pressurized system? It seems the rear turbo gases have to go round a few corners to get to the merge. Is that the point?
  5. This. If you know you're going out with friends for dinner etc. just eat cleaner during the day to accommodate. Id hate to mention the word again, but if you have your macros sorted it's what allows you to eat pretty normal and still be in a deficit. If you eat 400g protein (a lot)for example but only 200g carbs for the day, you can basically turn it around and eat up to 400g carbs and only 200g protein and it's still the same amount of total calories. Edit: I'm not talking about how the body processes different fuel sources and the science, soley as a number in relation to a calorie total.
  6. My squats tend to not help my bench so much.. Yeah I look at the future picture, it's 2.5kg increase which up top is heaps!
  7. Did you not used to have them? I doubt I could progress without them on bench!
  8. You seem to know enough that you don't believe what i wrote to be true. I'd like to assume anyone else that was curious would ask for more info and research it if they were unsure. I said if it fits, then its the same. Within reason. I haven't edited the posts after you've replied. If its confused someone and they are currently consuming 1kg of Allen's finest, I'm sorry. You said yourself you eat a lot of your bad food groups because you can. it must fit.
  9. HAHA I totally missed it sorry
  10. Not really, shakes are generally taken in that prime window straight after gym too. I dont. They can be convenient though. I feel better if I chew down 100g of meat as opposed to a drink. already suggested that you could halve you protein intake. If eating it with a spoon works for you. Do it.
  11. By 'you' I meant the person consuming food. I believe it's beneficial if your cals are chewed. I didn't type a novel about it because if people were curious they would research it. Not take a forum for gospel.
  12. If you're getting your protein without it, it will save you money. If you're not hungry, functioning correctly then stay with 1800. I usually go with -500 a day, that's what keeps me happy
  13. That's why I said obviously not going to eat sugar all the time. I was meaning food, wasnt considering drinks sorry. Still have to be smart about it. I'm not confused about different macros being used for different things. That's why I brought up macros and not just a calorie total. Looking back on that I can see what it reads like though. I was meaning if it works into your required macros then it isnt as bad. I'm not about to go eat a bowl of icecream to get my totals. My fruit reference was soley a carb for carb point, fruit is amazing, many benefits as you said. sugar cane also comes from the ground. It doesn't matter anyway. Everyone does things differently and whatever works, keep doing it.
  14. have you looked into an RPT style training while in deficit?Of course going to be some losses for you considering what you've just worked into. I've done it and it certainly changed my workouts.
  15. We never said it's wrong, just could be optimized if he wanted to. Just suggestions in response to his post about being unsure about it. How many carbs are you consuming during your cut? my reasoning about optimizing it was so life can be bearable! Cranky is no fun at all? How much does your workout change on your cut? and why? I'm not picking either, I'm just interested cause you lift big usually.
  16. Great world of science haha
  17. It is actually a kcal, people just call them cals.
  18. Stick to what works for sure! We never said its wrong, just that it could work out better for you. you'll still have to trim back that protein If you start upping the carbs, 1gP = 4kcal, 1gC =4kcal So you're still consuming the same amount daily, just refining it. You'll be full of energy
  19. Which is why I said there is no right or wrong way.
  20. You've just contradicted yourself in saying its more complicated than eating sugar all the time, then say how the wrong way works for you. I always said to an extent. (being realistic, no one I know eats sugar, butter and protein) the more refined your targets are the better results you'll usually get. We only suggested you could half your protein and up your carbs. Might let you enjoy those naughty things more often. Youve done a good job. FYI I lost 14kg in 3 months all whilst gaining strength from lifts. I was a fatty.
  21. The KFC was good, not too greasy. The maccas was complete opposite. Probably why I don't usually eat it!
  22. I don't follow iifym, just used it's calculators. I'm not sure how you can do something too literally though. Cals in vs cals out. it's only my take on things and suggestions. Everyone has their own ways. There's no right or wrong way about it.
  23. It's not complicated, it's the basics. that little carbs you must nearly have bunny ears by now haha. Imagine if youd hit them earlier, you could be leaner, bigger, stronger quicker. saved money Macros are easy, knowing them allows you to eat anything you want really. I hadnt been to the gym in 3 days and had KFC and maccas. But I'm still in a deficit leading up to my holidays
