  1. I'm not sure how to take that nope...
  2. That would of been a long 10seconds! Have you considered reverse pyramid style training?
  3. I started on 5/3/1in march and love it, after 5 months from no weight training of any serious nature, Learning squat, military and dead lifts from scratch using ripptoes techniques, and lost 10kg weight, factor in adding muscle mass, that's a fair bit of fat. BP 1.69 DL 2.46 MP 1.05 SQ 1.97 I'd recommend 5/3/1 to anyone that wants to progress easily. I was stuck at 1.08 on bench before starting also.
  4. Is that a 1rm?
  5. I am yes, but I was talking about skyline nationals in goulburn not ipra
  6. Should be done for the nationals

  12. What sort of weights are these lifters at? Or doesn't that matter?
  13. I'll see how much postage is. That'll do
  14. I think I've got a couple, Got a dog box too... Haha
  15. ^^ And that there is all that's required!
  16. ^^^this Don't try work around an issue, get on top of it. I have bad legs, the tightest that multiple physios and professionals have felt in their careers, but I spent a lot of time (money) finding the best thing for me. Now I look like I'm doing sissy girl legs extension crunches on warm ups, but I'm actually stretching in a non tensional way. It actually stretches my muscles properly and not just that pulling feeling that you get when doing 'conventional' resistance stretches. Flexibiltity is heaps better and legs are literally twice as strong as they were when I started 7months ago. But I still have to get a decent remedial massage every 2-4 weeks to stay of top of things, learn our body.
  17. You read the thread at all Marko? Haha
  18. Yeah, they were intended for a 26 Hopefully it'll be ready for nationals, and hopefully I get a spot when it opens to public haha
  19. I milled down my PS pump on the weekend. Going to use the stock TT pipe if it isn't a flow restriction with the new compressors also. Bit concerned I went with the 60s now. Interesting to see how much they take on a rb30
  20. Exactly, when I started I was the old...'I wouldn't mind being around 80 but it be muscle, not fat' Im not near there now and don't mind, I'm still gaining strength.
  21. Are your strength gains increasing? I wouldn't worry if they are. It's amazing how much body fat you actually have. unless your aim is to 'look' big dont put on false size. I rate power to weight ratios. Again, it's whatever goal you're after, look good in a shirt, or look good naked.
  22. If you're feeling it too much in your lumber you're probably not doing it right. Make sure the back is locked so tight it isn't flexing. As TTT posted, Mark Ripptoe - starting strength.
  23. WANTED: R33 clutch master cylinder. ASAP
