  1. Our next one is the opposite, Gtr being stripped!
  2. ultimately its the sump that inhibits most from being lowered too much, get a 26/30 specific one and drop away.
  3. Would make it a non cover removal job, and I'm sure other peeps would like some.
  4. Get some threaded inserts machined up, push in, add fitting, sell extra fittings that you get machined to cover your costs
  5. Tap the covers and run a 90 degree male union?
  6. Your posts are like a motec bukkake session... :S
  7. Yeah, you'd think people are smart enough that if getting tune, not a pos
  8. By well sorted you mean no issues as they can't sort them out unless it's spot on xrated? I personally wouldn't mind someone who knows of and will fix an issue in the process of 'tuning' the car, not just adjust fuel maps. Edit: not to take anything away from all the good results and tunes out there.
  9. Sorry of its been covered already, But what if ethanol (99.5% alcohol) was used? Would it be massively different from methanol?same thing as long as alcohol content was the same or? Cheers

  12. Yep that's exactly what I mean, come down through moina, wilmot, forth and to dev. From a driving and excitement point of view I'd go that. But that of course is if you aren't doing strahan. Could call In and do dove lake/cradle if haven't already also.
  13. good plan, you can change your route multiple times, even if you made it to tullah, then came back over the mountain past cradle.. (good fun) would cut multiple hours off. The east coast had flooding last couple of days, so the roads probably wont be much good.

  15. If its running 320 with the powerfc, install as is with the powerfc. Unless you're trying to achieve something different, don't bother changing the current control unit. It's a custom job whatever you choose. Side note; if you Honestly had to ask this, you should be paying someone to do it for you as you don't know the basics of engine management.
  16. What engine was that for?

  21. I'm thinking surge tank = plenum
  22. Then adapt the block, ports, inlet to suit?
  23. Everyone knows keeping it over half full can solve the issue. same as everything else, a surge setup is cheap insurance.
