  1. It just sounds like you want the football in Hobart and not Launnie, wouldnt it be great if they spent 100 million on Baskerville and had the V8's there too!!! As said before, AFL and V8's has coincided in the state for years now. TTline 'sponsored' the football in Hobart, They would get way more benefits if they sponsored the V8's, now the state doesn't have money for V8's, yet has money for AFL in Hobart.... AFL in Launnie really has nothing to do with it, the money spent there is for 'sponsorship' it might not return the benefits the government want us to believe, but thats what it is.
  2. there goes all your previous stats out the window. millions wasn't that long ago spent on Bellrieve to host cricket. I originally was commenting on the mentality of it being better in Hobart,by a Hobart person, like the Hobart based Premier....you've just gone and strengthened my point.
  3. thats exactly what i meant GMB, the government might as well own TTline. you Southern peeps probably didnt get the memo, that around the same time the NM deal went down that the 10-15k that TTline used to sponsor the Latrobe Speedway was unavailable also because of lack of funds within the company
  4. The whole point was that we are 'losing' the V8's and gained another football team in Hobart though.. AFL and V8's have been here for a few years now.. The joke is No money for V8's, but money for NM....and TT line sponsoring it
  5. his point was that it is 5.5k for a motor that makes 20kw more than a standard 20 can... which is a far cry short of what a stock rb25 can do easier
  6. do you mean there are drivers for the afl? Thats what i meant by the TT line sponsoring it Toff, its a joke sponsoring football in hobart
  7. I dont need to go to Victoria, i know what its like in any regional town on the big island. youre quite correct about schools etc. also thats the attitude of wanting everything on your doorstep, then commenting the north should travel. Launnie is a central location my point was, easy to travel for everyone. i dont care, only time ive gone is when i was working the screen. I meant, the stupid woman in charge forgets its a state as a whole and not Hobart and the rest of them..if she didnt think that then there wouldnt be a push for footy in Hobart when its really not needed...as for TT line sponsoring it, im sure not one person will be taking the boat to get here...
  8. i dont agree with the football at all, but this comment is the reason North Melbourne are playing in Hobart. Thinking the majority of population is in that area? what about the whole north of the state? 2 hours travel to launnie is nothing, but for the people in Burnie etc. 4+ hours is a long way to go to a mediocre football ground to watch a poor team. I doubt that NM playing will attract the numbers that the Launnie games do.
  9. I like the bottom right map colours/shading. do it to the one up the page further that you did for me and id be settled haha.
  10. go -9 or -5 if you want the ability to get around 350-400kw at a later time on a built engine, TO4Z is really a ~450kw turbo
  11. yeah it was on 794 around 1 today when i last looked! Will only keep on going up
  12. its only for a logo atm isnt it? Some of the longer designs could be used for along a window. Not necessarly our logo.
  13. Nah rob, these are for the 3l GTR
  14. Purchased new turbos for the GTR
  15. i was going to make comment of one being on an angle like the SAU nationals is on the AUS map! I definitely like the grey colour better than the whites that last one is a great formal look
  16. they dont actually come with the black background do they? i was thinking the background would be the colour of your window
  17. a small URL under the AU to stick to the SAU ties would complete that!! haha, i dont ask for much, would be a good logo edit: i feel it looks more thorough with the 3d drop
  18. the first one on the second page, can you drop the Tasmania and URL? either way, i think its my favourite so far! 4th one down on the 3rd page would make an excellent window sticker
  19. Two Maps and the last one catch my eye
  20. some very good designs coming up, the nissan one is cool!! My thoughts are that with the freehand Tas map, it still needs to say Tas, Tasmania etc. but not with the more detailed map... Edit: Im not 100% on my thoughts...

  23. what a joke
  24. she's got to go
  25. Its a pretty loose question.. even a 300kw RB30 can be made to rev, but usually if only aiming for 300kw its just a very basic, 25/26 head on 30 bottom end, which wont be able to be pushed and revved as hard as a well built engine.
