did someone say 9 second cefiro Toff?? haha NO, it has not been written off, if it had, it would of been on camera at Powercruise. extremely unreliable source you have there Funz!
  2. +1 for taking the head off with motor in the car, or remove it by using the crane the way it was intented
  3. hks lowmount cast manifold, if you can find one or get a flange welded onto your stock manifold
  4. that there is the reason im guessing he doesnt buy a R32 GTR, because he wants to build a motor for his R31, if you were to buy a R32 you'd put a RB25 in it
  5. i missed out 'fit' now ive re-read it. RB20 ones go on, so why wouldnt RB25 go on? the top of the cylinder head is the same shape? so why wouldnt the RB25 fit on a 26, if cams were the issue i wouldnt think the 20 covers would fit. although, the backing plates and gear covers are different shape
  6. have a search, although this is stickied up the top. how long is a piece of string will be used if this thread is open long enough try here
  7. you can RB20 covers on a 26 head tho?
  8. like nismoid said, and i said before you posted this. a Nitto stroker is out of the question. youre looking at 15k for the 3.2 assembled with oilpump, sump etc..(or external pump) because youd want 2-3k worth of block prep if youre looking to utilize that kit. 30k would get you a 3.2l long engine...then you can use your 20k to buy the bolt on bits. then you'll need a clutch,gearbox.... its really just pointless for you. build a 26 or a 26/30, youre saving yourself 5k just for not having a stroker crank. 10k for the engine, 10k for the bolt on parts (turbo setup, fuel system, ecu, tune...if u shop wisely. and i'll also add, that a 3l bottom end was an alternative to stroking a 26, so its still a stroker motor if you want that
  9. yeah i am. i dont have any pics, too busy sitting in it haha maybe BOOST31 can post up a couple he took?
  10. yeah that one. PM me if youre interested
  11. the whole geometry thing is out the window anyway! put some 10mm spacers in your subframe... think there was a thread where someone did it?
  12. you could just buy my turbo setup rob. .
  13. buy this stuff
  14. manifold sold, everything else still for sale,
  15. but it doesnt work as an oil return......
  16. drivers side works best from what i've heard. The oil control thread explains the pros and cons. Its more of a pressure equalising hose than 'draining oil from back of head to sump'
  17. 20k isnt that much for a build from scratch including tuning. if he is going 3.2 would need another 7-10k for a head to utilise the bottom end, decent turbo kit is going to take up 5k of it? fuel system? or is the 20k just for a long engine? saves around 5k by not stroking it, std 26 or 30. but if its to run a big turbo on a dyno it wont need extra capacity
  18. there is a turbo place in Don, Devonport, dunno what its like, but there is one there!
  19. yeah, moved mine on you could get a new bare head from nissan for $1600?, wouldnt have to do any tests on it and you could put all your good bits in it. would be a good solid base
  20. yeah 34 GTT brakes would be plenty with new disks and good pads
  21. aaargh ando, i wish you could find these , . buttons! its an effort reading that on a sunday! haha HIGH comp, what fuel do you plan on using in your car with those bad boys? Are you just after a standard head so you can do the work on it?
