  1. I'd say Shaun/Boostworx as well - as far as I know Nisspeed does the machining, not sure about assembly Tilbrooks use Rhemac for machining, not sure about assembly. Never heard of anyone using Willall Not sure of anyone with RB24 experience either, has anyone else heard of one being machined up in SA?
  2. Yeah, I agree with Joel, it could have been much much worse Probably best to let it go, and not give the police a reason to harass you
  3. After once of those bolt in exhaust silencer thingo's Let me know if you have one available Chris
  4. http://www.importedparts.com.au/ I know Grant ships stuff all over the world, might pay to drop him a email Chris
  5. Well, I posted it, I had no idea what/why the picture was taken, until someone said on here how the picture came about. Its a bloody classic jumper! Shame what the poor bugger had to go through
  6. Will do,I haven't even looked at those!
  7. behind the plenum I think, back left of the motor
  8. I have used Provident Crash Repair in Glynde, they did a great job on my bonnet a few years back. They had a Silvia with much worse damage in there when I had my car in, and I saw how far they went to repair it. They did a great job
  9. A framed picture of the guy wearing the jumper!
  10. yeah, definatley the court house, I was going to wait to see who got that first! DING DING - points to GRIM
  11. Give Grant a buzz at Adelaide Imported Parts, he has plies of sus parts to fix all of that mess up - 82831747 Bad luck by the way, never good to see a 'line all bent Chris
  12. Pure class this lad, I wonder who knitted this masterpiece for him
  13. Anyone else managed to fix theirs? Chris
  14. If you can't contain it, with a stocking or something like that, I wouldn't bother, as it will end up in your turbo
  15. More than likely its the fuel pump Boost cut should hit in at or around 14/15psi, on my car its quite a harsh cut too
  16. you didn't select a differant AFM in the settings by any chance did you? I have done this once, and it produced similar results
  17. You can run it like you have in your diagram no worries, This is how mine has been run for 3 years and it works well. Just need to make sure the catch can is sealed, as if it has a vented filter, you will get a massive vacum leak at idle. Also you will need some sort of filtration in the catch can, steel wool in a stocking works well, otherwise it will not work Alternatively you could just block of the PCV valve and run two hoses of the cam covers to a vented catch can, but I found this to be a bit smelly for everyday driving Chris
  18. yeah, i remember, I drove your car with ULP in it, remember! With water injection, I reckon the ULP setup would work
  19. Anyone ever ran a water injection system with normal ULP? I reckon that would be the only way to run ULP safely
  20. Yeah, I asked the guy at the wreckers about that, he said that most people end up damaging the pulley. I might have a crack with my old one, and if it works, there will be a pulley with a new bearing up for sale
  21. all done, was a tensioner bearing on the air con belt got what i needed from Adelaide Imported Parts Plus, very helpful
  22. All fixed, turns out it was the aircon tensioner pulley Replaced it on the weekend, and it sounds fine now. Interestingly enough, when I took the old one off and comapred the two side by side, the bearing in the one that came of the car felt reasonable, I showed my dad and he said to spin it with some load on it, and sure enough you could feel the bearings grinding away! Very happy, was easy to do as well! Chris
  23. Speaking to a wrecker mate of mine, he says its just the pully on the tensioner, so getting it tomorrow and fitting it on sunday fingers crossed that all it is
  24. The reason I want to take it of is to see if it stops making the noise first. Anyway, its winter, so I can get my aircon fixed well before summer comes around
  25. Thats what I am trying to find out! by the looks of it, its just a matter of backing of the belt tensioner and slipping the belt of the compressor, but to get it out, it looks like you have to take the power steer pump belt of too Trying to find out a answer before I dive in and give it a crack
