Where did I say, 'hurry up, I wana see..' yada yada.. Even if I did, what is wrong with that/ Who are YOU to tell me what I should do?? Especially coming across as some stupid 'hero kid' with ginger just-grown pubes who thinks he can tell people what to do, you have been in here far far longer than myself, know more Skyline stuff than me, YET have very low levels of maturity and attitude. Grow the fk up you moron! I will ignore your posts now. And of course I appreciate all the help I get on this forum, have said and thanked members countless times and helped others myself.

Scott. Hope you are not talkin crap about me, you seemed ok till now. All this stuff about vultures and scapegoats and what not..totally irrelevant to what I asked. Basically did you get an anal assault or what?? From the unexpected sudden change of tune. Many times I wish this forum had less kids n fkwits like Labomba and now seemingly yourself and more grown ups to avoid low-level talk n occassional people bashing.

I doubt u will make 60rwkw+ from a less restrictive intake pipe, thats more power than a granny corolla puts out at the wheels, anyways we will await your after-tune results..

Good idea - I was also thinking of using a 3" 90 deg bend from supercheap for $27 something and get an exhaust place to weld on those annoying breather nipples..just worried about the fit.. Ooops -thats actually a 45 deg piece, they do have them 90deg pieces in aluminium

I did read somewhere that even with the $10 intake mod (stock pipe cut in half with metal pipe stuck in the middle), those rubber bends STILL suck close and dont work for everyone...

yes it does..when you know how to look further.......cut that silicon sucker in half, get a short length 3" metal pipe and put those 2 'joiners' on both ends.. easy isnt it?? Thats how you create a backyard metal intake pipe that should work - refer cherring's car a page earlier on this thread.

Get the 34GTT IMHO, much nicer than any 33, and with nice dish rims, (yet to get a set), lowering, cleaning up depending on your tastes, easily looks almost as sexy as the 'bit phatter' and more aggressive looking 34 GT-R. And definitely better than any 33, the 32 also looks as good as the 34, in a different way.. Cheap insurance, ok running costs, spend a bit on a few bolt-ons and you have a car easily almost as fast as or even faster (light weight) than a GT-R on a similar mod-level, from a running race etc; from a standstill or in cornering the GT-R will of course, eat you alive, but at your age. as others have said, you need the cash, and unless you have an unlimited supply, go the GTT, I love mine to bits, of course I would love a R34GT-R anyday over any GTT/GTSt, but I just cannot justify the costs of owning one, and I don't like the looks of the 33 much..just my 2c

Interest! Interest! Yep watching this with interest, the only thing stopping me from the Kando is I have to go external gate - all the hassles of plumbing and I already got my neww JJR front/dump fitted, which will need to have the dump modified if I do go Kando... And 'jet something' mentioned a link (in another Garret turbo thread) from the US where u can get the GT3076R delivered for $1300...A superior product cheaper than a Hypergear..?? Good to go -
Yep i did read that, but still an RB20 with a neo turbo and typical RB25 neos (with neo turbos) both making in the vicinity of 190-200rwkw.. I smell somethings not right somewhere..

I dont quite get how that pissy RB20 (flame suit on) can make 190rwkw on a stock turbo when a lot of us RB25 owners JUST make 200rwkw w/ stock turbo on a much ballsier engine..

If its welded to turbine housing then how do you sell that turbo later, buy new housing?

I have asked this before but didnt get a direct answer, : where are most of yous mounting your gates, off the turbine housing or manifold? Assuming low mounted turbo.

If Kando starts making 'proper' internal gated versions of their turbos (with a re-designed wastegate flow path) that work, with a Skyline 6-bolt dump flange, nobody would buy Hypergears or even Garrets anymore. At the price these Kandos are going, they are just unbeatable. Somebody please push Eiji to do a few design changes to make the above turbo..Do Eeet.
