  2. Which turbo was it sorry? Dont know why people r not boosting it UP- when u have evos and stis running 20psi+ in many cases across the board, whats wrong with our RBs not handling generally more tan 18psi?? 15-16psi is just too low imo, when u can safely push the stock one to to 12 normally
  3. They r 60lb or over 600cc
  4. What about siemens deka EV1 short high impedance top injectors from ebay usa for $279.95?? Seller lpfdistributors i think, so farken cheap. Cant post link from iphone. Theses r top feeds i think, dosent say but looks like it. Assuming it will go on my NEO with just plug connectors required?
  5. Lol hahaha!!!
  6. Siemens Deka 60lb high impedance short EV1 injectors on ebay usa for $279.95 - seller lpfdistributors. Doesnt say its top feed but looks like it is- cant post link here from iphone. Looks short enough not to require spacer kit so i assume just plug connectors required. Is this the best deal around for R34 GTT injectors????
  7. Pipster, thats the one i got, its got 2 white wires and one black, same as my GTT, does it matter which white wire goes where???
  8. hey Mitch thats one tough stance you've got there! What is the offset of those wheels, are they 18X9s?
  9. But isn't Canberra the slowest of 'em all Mr Zebra?? I have a friend there - moved down there over a year ago from Sydney, said its so completely BORING there u dont even see a stray dog, cat or bird on the street, let alone a striped zebra... Now hes moving back here in Dec..to the rat race.
  10. Nah just me mate, and many thanks for the advice yesterday on getting those nasty tight hoses n pipes in line, worked out great- you should be crowned 'god of skylines' without question
  11. How about a condom on each coil secured with rubber band? Well i've taped the coilpacks in and taken it for a 2 min drive on our side street seeing as im suspended, drives normal under boost, but cant realy test the car with a 2 min drive lol

talky bro, u got pubes yet??
  13. Hmmm...quite a few members now having issues with fitment from a supposedly pretty straightforward bolt-on turbo. Dump clearance with air con hoses, oil lines/water lines not fitting/difficulties, intake no longer fits, spacer needed as turbo needs to clear engine, new 90 deg angle pipe required from turbo to intercooler piping, 4inch intake (hence relocation of Z32) is recommended...pretty much everything custom.... as people are saying about the GT3076 / 3071. Which leaves me wondering, how is the Hypergear turbos more 'bolt-on' than the Garret counterparts?? Even price wise the Garrets are not much more expensive? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I myself have been thinking of getting a Hypergear turbo sometime down the track, but what with all these issues people having... ...I need to think properly..
  14. The idea of taping coilpacks is hoping it will solve your missfire issue due to a cracked coil boot or two. If it dosent, then so what, you only spent $10, so next step go n get new coilpacks. Why spend hundreds on new coilpacks as an initial fix when you DONT KNOW if that is the issue in the first place?? Not very clever is it, unless you like handing cash over....in that case I will PM u my bank number.. To sum it up, try all the cheap somewhat proven remedies first, if those dont work, then obviously the issue is something different, so then u go and replace the part if u have to..
  15. Might want to look at the pdf file attached to the link for the urethane seal coat - look at its FLAMMABILITY. Last thing you would want is to end up in a hospital bed when that thing explodes in the hot engine due to sparks /heat /air and possibly blows up your car..??
  16. My car rarely misses/pops/loses power, at least thats what it seems like its doing when it does happen, its only happened like 5% of the time on 3 or 4 days on WOT around 5000rpms and up all this time I've been driving. So could be anything really. Used to happen regularly before, after the tune with Nistune it went away completely for 5-6 months and then recently re-surfaced but only 3-4 times as I said so a bit confusing. I do run 0.8mm gapped NGK coppers...so thought, why not tape up the coilpacks and give that a go.....and Nismoid, I dont know if there are cracks in them as I couldnt see the last time I pulled them out- which was maybe more than half a year ago...
  17. Tommy Tape Silicon Rubber Wrap - $13 from bunnings. Has anyone used this to tape up their coilpacks because of a misfire issue and what r peoples opinions of this product? It says that it can withstand up to 200deg C temps only, but so is the Selleys industrial silicon 401 that lot of guys are using. I couldnt find anything good for 800C so bought this quality flexible tape which supposedly dosent come off like electrical tape. Phone dosent allow me to load a pic of the product

  19. I bought my 1998 R34 GTT with 86000kms a year and half ago for $14000. See my signature below for the list of mods when purchased. It didn't have the FMIC, 'fool' pump, and Nistune then..
  20. What about siemens deka off ebay usa?? Cheapest- ask simon s14 - he uses them
  21. no need to check my cluster when the car is in top nick in and out...further to that I wouldn't trust the cluster in ANY import, mine, yours, your wife's etc..
  22. Do u have a rag or anything blocking the cooler/intake pipes??? Or any blockage in the exhaust?
  23. Mate, do u have one for the R34GTT (RB25det NEO) posted to Syd??
  24. Thanks Hanaldo, good advice - coming onto boost 500 rpms sooner is YEEE HAAA...but not yet - still got just over 4 months of suspension left!
