no luck. its blocked by all the wires/pipes i guess. called up a few mechanics and it seems like its my responsibility to find out where the engine number is located and point it out to them so it is "sighted" by an approved mechanic.

Hi all, Recently bought a V35 from NSW and brought it for roadworthy today. Everything was fine except the mechanics cant seem to find where the Engine Number is stamped. They wouldn't pass me by having the engine number and chassis number riveted on the engine bay. So, just wondering if anyone here knows where i can find the engine number i.e which part of the engine so it can be sighted by the mechanics. thanks guys
