Hey all, I'm having a little problem with my AIRCON, it was not working as 'well' as before a few days ago and then today it has totally stopped working, At the mo' it does this.. While driving/idle it will try to engage the aircon/compressor for 3sec's then stop for 12sec's then try for 3sec's (seconds) over and over and over again... i took it somwhere and put some more gas in it, as i felt the gas might have run out, BUT its all there and ok, no other problems with the aircon and anything really this is the first thing that has happend, Some people have said it could be pressure related and its switching off to stop the pressure from building up, this makes sence.. im taking to an aircon place tomorrow, but i like to have some suggestions about possible causes... I got my hose and sprayed the aircon radiator (right?) and it seemed to stay on for much longer but then it would stop the aircon, and restart it. Ive ran the diag for the a/c and have not found a fault. being in darwin this is REALLY crap and i want to fix it asap. There are no noises apart from the usual a/c clutch and assosiated devices.. so what else can it be? blocked pipes and filter?? anyone else had this problem... OK this is the only thing bothering me.. when i start the car in the morning, in the tip i get a bit of moisture, not gushing or anything.. just a little bit of condensation.. im scared this is the start of a blown head/gasket.. happend many times in my cordia/ET and really sucks. btw i have just recently taken my cat out.

sure, i mean thats good, but what if you have only got 2 fuel pumps and no surge tank, i mean would it have a positive affect? or more likely to make a problem?

OK.. I want to increase my fuel flow and i was thinking of having 2 x stock fuel pumps (as they are cheap) running side by side, what do you think, like twin turbo, im sure i can make it work, what sort of flow would you expect from it, is it worth it... has anyone done it?

i want to know if when ppl are driving, say at 50kmh in second gear, and they go full throttle, do they get wheelspin? on dry tarmac? what sort of power would be required for that sort of effect?
