  1. Hi Allan, I think its nothing to do with salary its more to do with the amount of hours has been put into this project. Thank you John Skola has put in alot of effort getting it all together
  2. There is still more to come
  3. Some more progress on the flange with dowels and cutout.
  4. you can fnd one that will may fit . 0.58 0.70 0.74 they are not made by precision. keep in mind these turbo's need big boost to work as the comp housing AR are high. Also what manifold will be using ??
  5. John has done some minor work on the flange, he has cut out where the oil drian will be and also made holes for dowel, not sure how this will work, we will find out soon.
  6. Thank you. max rpm will be 9000 and the bearing clearance is just under 2 thou for the main and big ends. The pistons im running a Custom JE pistons and they supplied the wrist pin. If you go to the begining of the thread there is a copy of the piston specification.
  7. Good work matt car sounds crazy on the dyno i was at JEM I heard it on the dyno.
  8. I am yet to find out i think it will be a restrictor in the system somewhere. I will find out soon so i will update you
  9. It clears the rear firewall with 20mm gap
  10. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/355547-r34-gtr-build/page__st__360 Yes that red is the Anti oil friction coating
  11. Hi Ian, John wanted the thickest wrist pin. The rods are crower and this should be fine, and wont stretch. Banjo fitting are the external oil supply that we can control how much we want in the head. Trevor the motor builder has said he wants to see more then std in the head. Yes the crank is a Gt500 2.8L
  12. Finally got some pics on the motor been built see pics below
  13. Comp ratio? Deck Height? Crank? Squish?
  14. With this combo the turbo can be at a high pressure ratio with low volume to minimize surge
  15. It's a 68.5mm inducer and a 102mm exducer trim 44 this comp wheel is for high pressure ratio I'd like people to copy this theory. Currently modifying a hks turbo for a friend I'll post some results I won't say for now what I'm doing to it once done I'll let people know a nice mod for hks Kai
