Right colour scheme but im a sucker for genuine and the paint on the works was more a deep metallic cherry black they were perfect!

Gday everybody I am back in the look for wheels and decided i want my old wheel (or ones the same back) They are Work Rezax Roar 17" +20 offset i think suit GTR Red lipped Black wheels if anyone has a set or knows of anyone please let me know they are absolutely the best wheels i have ever had and they are perfect for my next project!! Tyres are Bridgestone Potenza RE30's with a bit of camber wear and probably wouldn't pass roadworthy. i priced them like i was selling without tyres but tyres will come with the wheels.

Here are the Rims i had on my R32 GTR Work rezax roar rims 17x9 Black cherry candy with red lip. In the sun the black middles come alive with a deep redish metallic candy colour looks amazing. never seen them on anything else anywhere! One Rim has about an inch long scratch and another smaller one on the red lip from a gutter. Gday Shoppers. Today for sale is my 1989 R32 GTR Car is close to standard no engine mods. Car has been kept extremely clean and in great condition inside and out. Whats in her: HKS tripple plate clutch (before i owned it) HKS Priest exhaust (before i owned it) HKS air filters Nismo Shocks and springs WORK rezax roar 17x9" cherry black rims with red lip RE30 bridgstone potenza tyres (worn) (have standard gtr wheels with falken tyres in good cond. also at no extra cost) Cross drilled and slotted disc brakes new bendix pads both turbos reconditioned replaced original worn out ceramic wheels with durable steel wheels with new 360 degree thrust bearing and cases. Reco'd turbos have about 1500km on them on the 11th of July 2010 car developed an engine knock while cruising. I pulled over imediately and got the car towed home. She lives in the driveway now only getting washed to keep her clean. An engine builder mate of mine suspects big end bearing damage. I was already trying to sell the car so at the moment have no plans to fix the car myself so am selling cheap to someone who is keen to rebuild a clean gtr and give her the motor she deserves. $13,500 NEGOTIABLE MAKE ME A RESONABLE OFFER. Oh thats cool i have no doubt that closing the gap will make it spark easier i get that it would make the spark plug work again by closing the gap but wouldn't we be wanting to work more towards fixing the problem of not having enough high tension spark and not just band aiding the situation. better off finding where the problem is and getting it to spark normal again instead of just goin the cheap fix and closin up the gaps. apparently its fixed now anyways. enjoy

Sorry mate a bigger gap will will give you a stronger spark because of the voltage required to jump the gap. that gives you a bigger better hotter longer spark to completely burn your mixture. of course to big is always going to be a problem so best not to be rediculous about it. If your getting a missfire at a smaller gap could be the spark aint long enough to burn your mixture. thats if the spark gap is the problem. It could be any number of other things like a bung coil not making enough charge or a faulty ignition module. Gapping your plug correctly and then seeing if you have spark will let you know if the plug is fine or not and wether its somethin else in the ignition system that is the problem. remember on forums mate everythings not gosbel. there are any number of people putting up things that are not quite legit. im not saying im the jesus of forum but i am a mechanic and and know a little about it. all the best

A bigger spark plug gap will create a better spark because it requires more voltage to jump across the electrodes. so yeah open up your gap mate running it below standard spec wont help try goin to the maximum gap in your specs. Allot of the old school V8 boys used to open up their gaps a fair way to get that better burn of the fuel air mix my old trade school teacher used to do it for all the HQ cop cars in at holden in geelong back in the day he said it shortens the life of your plugs but gave that little bit more poke. Will put more load on coil etc but if you go to max gap in your spec will be sweet. happy gapping.

Gday crew i am selling the rims off my R32 GTR as i have put it back to stock to sell the car also. These wheels i bought from a fella who shipped them over from japan not sure if they were brand new then but the did not fit his soarer as well as he had hoped so i grabbed them with 4 new Bridgestone Potenza RE-30 tyres. Tyres are 8.5" wide but stretched over. They are a rare older style wheel i have never seen on another car on the road and they set off an older model GTR loved them on my ride very suited to the model. They look black as i thought when i first bought them with the red lip but i had them lying in the sun in my room one day and they are actually a very dark black cherry candy colour that in the sun gleam like buggery. Really an awesome colour. More photos available if you would like them i will try and upload some with the candy showing through in a day or two. one rim has slight gutter rash on very outer edge of lip dont let ya cousin drive ya car! can also get pics of this if you would like. Tyres are in decent condition still pretty good tread and should pass any roadworthy not to mention last a while. Rims have wheel nut covers and large centre genuine WORK centre caps with fastening tool look wicked. Can meet in Geelong or Geelong side of melbourne for a test fit to see what they look like for keen buyers but please only serious buyers not keen on wasting time. Wheels have been in shed for a week now and will stay there until sold so nothin can happen to them. Item: WORK REZAX ROAR RIMS WITH BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE30 TYRES Condition: 3 wheels perfect one rim with slight gutter rash on edge can be touched up haven't done it so buyer can see.
