yeah spose. that wite kit gtrkiet looks sick, can anyone recommend a wing sides and back peice as i think a trust front bar would be the go for the front. cheers... michael

well veilside it isn't. i do like the trust fornt bars as when i put a turbo in, there should be more than enough cooling. so veilside are no good then lol. cheers for everyones advie and help. would my skyline look alright with just the front bar or should i get a rear bar also. cheers... michael

iv'e decided to look at veilside kits. i will search around for places that sell them or even get it direct from japan.

hi there guys and gals, just wondering if anyone knows of were to buy bodykits from that are cheapand decent as some bodykits are over the top i am after everything except the wing as i lke thr r33 standard one. any help would be great. p.s i realise there may have been a topic on this before but i couldn't find it. als does anyone know what height your car has to be as my arse end site 330 from centre to root of arch and the popo reckons its 20mm to low is this right. cheers... michael.

sweet i guess i will be owning a baby gtr. he has given me a full price can poeple tell me what prices to expect. i think i will have to go for the gtst engine. i was thinking it will be like around $4000 engine and change over. cheers... michael

i am paying $2104 atm its abit to much but hey wanted a car. for a turboed one it was going to cost me $4000 with just cars and $6000 with the raa hard to get insurance, and thats for a 180sx. and the funny thing now is shannons dont insure under 25's anymore, atleats thats what they told me. cheers... michael owww & what does n/a stand for im guessing non turboed.

cheers madaz so your saying my car has gtr parts as well as gts bits, i think it has a trust gearbox shift kit or something similar and other trust stuff. i might give just cars a call on monday and check with them about the whole turbo thing. the car i was going to by was the a 1992 r32 gts-t hok custom green veilside bodykit, 19 inch lorenso rims and looked hot but the insurance was $4000 no point really at my age so i am going to try and cheat the system a bit. ill try anyway. i might have found a bloke in londale do my change over of engines if needed to be. i am also not near adelaide i live in roxby downs, its a mining town. sure most have worked here or heard of it. cheers again michael

thanks guys for all the information, i am with just cars insurance, and they do allow for unlimited modifacations. how would a naturally aspirated skyline go. i can get bigger cams and change a few things would it be worth it.... i am still thinking a turbo should be the go. cheers... michael

hey just wondering do you start the car up when you jump in.... or do you get in turn to 1 click back from run and wait for the fuel pump and injectors fill as sometimes they can be a bit dry then starting it up with no fuel in the injectors makes the car stutter for a few seconds. juest a suggestion.... cheers... michael

hi there i just joined this forum tonight and was wondering about a few things. heres the story... i brought my 1994 nissan skyline r33 gts-4 from a bloke in adelaide 3 weeks ago. its a non turbo skyline with disks all round 4wd, and 4wheel steer. i got a non turbo cause my insurance company/bank said no to a turbo car. and id rather a skyline than no skyline. now i need turbo. and intercooler ect. i was wondering if anyone in s.a knows of how much a turbo kit would be and if you can put one on a non turbo skyline. and any places in s.a that would put it in. i must say 2nd day of owning the car and the popos wanted to have a looksie around it and 4 day again. . anyways any info would be great, i would love to do the car up with some power. im only 18 and have owned a few cars. my other car is a 1985 toyota hilux xtracab sr5 with 2.5inch liftkit, 33 inch mongrel mudtyres, custom tray and 2.5 inc truck pipes out the back. cheers... michael. owww and im sure someones gunna say non turbo ditch it, no way she goes alright.
