hi all, im spraying an old car soon, and im trying to decide what to do it in. id like to spray the car in metallic silver, but ive heard metallic can be a bantered to paint with, because the metallic fibers change direction, which can result in a uneven paint??? so its making me want to spray with a solid colour, which i can do, but id really like to do the silver, since the engine bay, jambs etc are silver already. does anyone have any tips on using metallic paint? how should i spray differently to solid paints?

check your afm does it run rough under 2k rpm?
