Obveously you'r chasing power by looking at your setup, so obveously 3.5 or 4 inch is the go, or you can splurge on a twin system which is pretty much going to cost double. resonators (hotdogs) decrease drone, everyone should have one. baffled mufflers are going to slow you down, so go the big sports ones, and just get 2 of them. this should be a pretty quiet.

hey guys, im keen on getting a bit of a bov pressure release sound, similar to what you get when you use a pod, but i would rather not put a pod in, so is there any DIY mods you can do to the stock bov to make the pressure release noise louder? theres people who do the old block off the bov mod, but i hate the flutter noise, not to mention the possible implications of disabling the bov. cheers

with turbos, bigger is better, so get the biggest you can offord.

is it hard coming out of gears to?

issue one, sounds like the input bearing (or whichever it is) on the clutch, mine does the same thing. (may need replacing, may not) issue two, new fuel pump is in order unless its an aftermarket one. issue three, sounds like your boost is to high, if the boost is to high it runs rich in the mid range. mine does the same over 9psi.

I'd love to rebuild it but chances of me keeping the car long enought to make the 1200$ rebuild worth it is unlikely. Just want it less notchy.

just wondering what oil people recomend for an r33 25det gearbox that is getting a bit old, shes a bit notchy and grinds 5th when cold. ive seen recs for redline shockproof, but i dont think autobarn sell it?

what would you guys recomend for an rb25det gearbox that has seen better days? 90-140 or whatever it is???
