bound to account or something you get the with justice points, you can send them to your other characters, they have +10% xp from quests and kills, you can have 2 of them, so 20%, i have 2 on my druid, makes leveling a bit quicker good to see your leveling a mage! if u need any advice just ask, im on an 80 arcane mage myself!

bought it i run it at ultra graphics with no bloom or hdr and a couple of other things, and it runs just as slow on the lowest settings... its playable but, yea just buggy and non consistent fps is annoying

i got FONV on PC last night.... seems ok so far, its really buggy though, the fps isnt consistent, its up and down like me on your mum on a friday night.
