  2. wont change anything, what dents in, pushes other places out, so theres no restriction issues.
  3. hey guys, i was working under the car this weekend and noticed i have a kink in my turbo oil return, it isnt FULLY kinked but i think its about 50% kinked, i was going to fix it by undoing the ring clamps and pushing the hose up resulsting in the hose stretching out properly and removing the kink, but didnt end up doing it because i knew it was going to be a prick to push the hose up AND i wasnt sure if oil was going to spew out. any insights?
  4. in regards to your cold air intake, is it possible to fabricate some sort of snorkel similar to a stock skyline on that sits on top of the rad support? and flairs out? this no issues with water soak

  10. hey all, i know this is a bit of a wank think to do to your engine bay, but for tidying it up its good does anyone know where to get r33 reservoir covers from? ebay hasnt heard of them before apart from spoon and mugen gear (which i dare not to even bring near my nipsan) cheers!

  13. bit off topic sorry, but better than starting a new thread, if im in the wrong just ignore me. you say standard airbox is detrimental to the turbo life? or is that only in the case of a standard filter to? i use the box with a good qual filter, better? or is a good qual pod in order to help the turbo life?

  15. first of all, not sure if this topic goes here or in forced induction, but anyway got my heat blanket in today, to wrap the turbo in, heres a pic its very similar to this. i have a stock rb25 turbo, and its internally waste gated, and the heat blanket doesn't have a hole for the actuator arm to go through, would it be wise to just cut a hole in the blanket making sure the arm isn't obstructed? and just do it that way? otherwise im not sure how to go about getting the actuator arm to sit in the blanket properly as these blankets look like they're designed for externally waste gated turbos... any ideas?

  20. i dont think the vl plug is the same, i can help you if its the 3 prong one, failing that, the suburu (australian models) have a 5 prong version (same as r33 S1) since their afms are the same (green sticker) you can find one at a wreckers
