  4. oh, you said "tapping" which is tapping a new thread, when you do this, quite a bit of shavings come out. but i can see in the pic, just put a rag in the hole and do ur busness, pull the rag out, should catch anything that fell in ???

  7. so what is actually happening when your driving under boost?
  8. correction, 12psi is safe, 14 is when you run into issues, that being said, 12psi on stock setup will have so much r&r (rich and retard (over fueling)) that theres no point. 10 psi everyone wins.
  9. what do people tihnk of the kakimoto mufflers? http://justjap.com/store/product.php?produ...=316&page=1
  10. hey all, my indicator stalk has decided to partially die, and you have to click it all the way down to start indicating, as aposed to just slightly holding it down, which is a pain in the ass when changing lanes. what my question is, ive done some searching and there are several types of combination stalk setups, one is 2 seperate stalks for indicators and wiper arms, and one is a joint mechanism with them both in it, and it just slides over the columb, now im assuming one is S1 and one is S2??? and i dont want to pull apart my steering columb to find out. i have a 1993 R33 GTST Series 1. which stalk suits this model? the "all in one" setup or the separate stalks? cheers!
  11. hey all, chasing a r33 gtst S1 combination switch, aka the indicators and wipers combo arms, must be in perfect working order cheers
  12. hey guys, im looking into buying a new canon/muffler for my system, i currently have a fujitsubu jasma one and its a bit quiet, sounds good on idle but when u step on it its quiet. i was wondering what people recomend as a brand of canon/muffler to use at the back of the exhaust, i was thinking "Genie" as i have had one of these in the past and thought it sounded quite good, its for an r33 gtst with bellmouth 3" and 3.5" catback, i dont want the car to sound like a toy, so i dont really want it to be a deep note, id love it to sound more like a racecar as all skylines should. so, anyone have any recomendations for brands to look into? that give a good racey note to the exhaust? id like it to be a bit loud to. cheers guys

  16. good luck finding a 180 that hasnt been molested, r32 is getting a bit old, 200s are ok with a kit, but r33 is defiantly the winner in that list
  17. i had one in my old car, they do bugger all except smooth out idling and i think keep everything a bit more stable, im thinking of installing one soon on my new skyline.
  18. i think i need more leet bix cos my 5psi one is hard
  19. there is nothing wrong with racv, theyre quite good, why would you pick a company your not sure of over racv? they give you a full report, just like every other company, sept racv has alot more experience, and if they screw it up, your insured because they have a guarentee or something on the report
  20. depends on the spring, i have a 5psi spring and i can only just push it open with the arm (stock turbo/actuator)
