I know I mentioned it earlier in the thread, but have any of you tried saving an offline copy of your city in Google Maps? I've done it for Brisbane (Maps ended up being about 200MB) and I've noticed my battery lasting longer while playing. https://www.androidpit.com/use-your-google-maps-offline Also, with respect to the 'dodge' feature while battling. Wait for a yellow flash around the outside of the screen, and flick to dodge. Will work 90% of the time. Try and limit your attacks to one in between dodges. This way, you'll barely lose any health if done properly. Majority of pokemon will also double attack at the start. Alternatively, keep mashing the screen and hope for the best

I've read this morning that saving offline maps from Google Maps can decrease battery and data usage. Was going to test it today but the servers are still down (hopefully for maintenance). What team did everyone pick?
-
Yep I'm on it. #TeamMystic (When the servers aren't choking) It was a lot nicer in the beta when I felt like the only player in a 5k radius. Now I'm walking into groups of 5 or more people walking the streets with their head in their phones destroying my gyms But still... I wanna be... the very best... that no one ever was

TH10 here, can confirm the grind is real. Although If you like CoC, have you tried their recently released Clash Royale? Myself and a lot of my CoC Clan have made the migration and only really check CoC now to collect res.

Hey guys, It's only a tiny thing I know, but I've lost the cap to my overflow bottle and am currently using an oversized bottle lid, held in place with ugly ass tape. Does anyone have a spare cap they would part with? I thought I'd have a spare from one of my old S13's but alas, no dice. I'm in Mount Gravatt in Brisbane and likely won't be able to make it to the wreckers this weekend, so if anyone's around with or willing to post a spare one I'll gladly give you some $$ for it. I'm also on the lookout for a snorkel to suit an R32 GTS-T airbox, those headlight dust covers and the clip for the bonnet stand if anyone has them. Thanks for reading, Aaron

Thanks admS15! I'll definitely get that done ASAP and see how it goes then.

Hi guys I'm just looking for some assistance in identifying possible problems with my 32. It is relatively stock with a Blitz return-flow FMIC, 3" Dump to High-Flow Cat to 3.5" catback and I believe the stock turbo wound out to 11 psi. It recently underwent a head rebuild after a blown head gasket. (Radiator was replaced with 32 GTR item and thermostat was replaced with Nismo item) After the rebuild it was still spewing a bit of white smoke out the back but that gradually decreased until it stopped altogether after about a month. (You could always tell when it was about to spew a bit of white smoke when the car did it's 'rumble' under deceleration, when you get going again, out comes just enough smoke to see it rise above my spoiler in the rear view mirror) A few weeks after the rebuild I noticed it had started leaking coolant from one of the hoses underneath the intake manifold (above the starter) after I would turn the car off. This happened a handful of times at the beginning then stopped for a month or two. At this point I'm not certain if there's a pinhole or if the clamp just isn't on properly, but when it started again I was able to wriggle my arm under the manifold enough to feel the hose that is leaking. I I am ashamed to admit, I still have not done anything about it. I kept driving the car until last week when I've started noticing a puddle of coolant under the car every second or third time I drove it, directly beneath the overflow tank. Note: I've always been checking my fluid and oil levels since the rebuild and have even bled the coolant from the bleed screw until bubbles stopped. Also, I haven't noticed any mixing of oil & coolant yet, I changed the Greddy (1.3 bar) rad cap for a GKTech (1.3bar) one after the rebuild too. Yesterday I found I have to top up the radiator with about 2 cups worth of coolant and drive to work. (I know I probably shouldn't have) Before I drove home that arvo, checked the rad again as it looked like that hose had been leaking again and found I had to add about another cup of coolant, do so and baby it home. When I got home, left the car running in the garage for about five minutes (couldn't get hot air from the fans either), turned it off and checked the overflow to see if it would boil over again, but noticed it bubbling up all forthy in the overflow like when someone adds too much detergent to the sink, but didn't flow over this time. Come back to the garage later after letting the engine cool down and check the rad, it has lost a little more coolant but can still see it above the fins. The car still drives quite fun otherwise, no white smoke for months and the temperature gauge still sits in slightly above centre. I plan to get that hose replaced, the coolant system flushed and pressure tested, cylinder compression tested and a leak down test performed if compression is bad. If someone can recommend the closest workshop to Mount Gravatt East with a good rep fir working on Skylines that would be great. Otherwise I'll go back to the MIDAS that was quite honest with me recently. I'm freaking out that my HG is on the way out again. (Oil and Coolant still look OK, no milky residue) I guess I'm just looking for confirmation from people who know better, or suggestions on what else I should be doing.

Kudos Motorsports Having Problems?
32_love replied to GSX-R35's topic in General Automotive Discussion
They do come through, I had an issue at the end of last month where I was e-mailing Andrew about an order (this is while the webiste was having difficulties) and part of my order was on wait for parts from Japan. I forgot about it, and then followed up two weeks later with e-mails, calls and messages on facebook, I never got a response but the products came through about two days after attempting contact on fb. I then placed an order just last week through the website and had the product arrive the next day. I hope it works out for you. -

I've been following your build as a guide for my own. Good luck with your sale! -
x2 for Ultramon. It's got a WinRar style evaluation period which is great (just keep re-installing, remembers everything) For remote control I use Chrome Remote Viewer for all my own PC's and any friends I can convince to use it. Another Chrome tool I find helpful is 'Chrome to Phone' which will send any URL you're looking at on your desktop to your phone to view later. (works well when links/imgs are blocked at work, send them to your phone) RKill is especially helpful when trying to stop those viruses that pretend to be anti-viruses. Then go and remove every trace of said virus. If you play a lot of PC games, have an NVidia video card, and want to record/upload your footage, NVidia Shadowplay software is free. For AMD users Raptr/Plays.tv has a free client. I've found both of these to be far greater than FRAPS etc. (Can be customised to capture last 30 seconds etc. if something cool happened)

I'm also looking for someone to trust. Preferably on the South-East side though. So, I'm sorry to hijack your thread, but could someone please PM me the place to avoid, and if possible recommend a good one?

I really like it, nice build! I've wanted to downsize my tower for a while now too. What PSU did you use in there?
-
Got any photo's of the build? That case is intriguing.

Hey guys, During the rebuild of the head on my RB20 the mechanic has discovered a leak in my radiator. I'm not exactly in a position to be dropping $500+ on a brand new shiny one so I'm looking for any good condition OEM ones people may have. Failing that, I'll look into whether it's worth repairing my existing one. I'm in Mount Gravatt, Queensland. Thank you, Aaron 0410492157

Thanks for the info guys, I've added the AGM to my calendar. Will be following what's going on.

I bought a 32 recently after owning 13's for a few years and have been lurking around here wanting to join the QLD club. Although, after reading that it's likely the club will close soon, is it still worth trying to join now? If so, why? How much longer do you expect to be around? (For people like myself, who might be sitting on the outside wanting to join)

Still looking! I did get an offer from a kind gentleman in Sydney, however I declined thinking I could get a better deal locally. As it turns out, I was wrong.

Hi, Wanting to buy skirts and pods for an R32 GTS-T, I'm looking for M-Spec skirts and pods specifically but happy to consider others. If anyone has them in black, all the better, although I'm more interested in better condition. I'm located in Greenslopes, QLD, but will pay postage for the right item. Regards, Aaron

Hey, I'm trying to find 2 clips to keep my airbox shut tight in my R32 GTS-T. If no one has any spare, does anyone know a part number that I can look up? Will pay for clips! Located in Greenslopes, QLD but will pay postage! Regards, Aaron

Urgh, I did too. Sorry please ignore, thought I backed out of last one.

Astro A50 - PC It's wireless, has a built in microphone, when I swing the microphone back up to vertical it cuts the mic which is useful. They are supremely comfortable (Had Turtle Beach PX21? headphones prior and they were comfy but don't even compare to the A50's) Sound quality is amazing, I can't fault them. They are expensive as hell, I was lucky enough my family buys me JB Hi-Fi vouchers etc. as presents. I run them off the optical port on my motherboard but will be looking to get a proper PCI sound card in the near future to make the most of the headset.

I use Astro A50's. They are a supremely comfortable wireless headset. Sound is amazing and i've never had any issues with the microphone. I love that when I slide it back up into the vertical position no one can hear me anymore. They are kind of expensive but I had a heap of JB vouchers from family members and haven't regretted buying them since.

Good afternoon, I am currently chasing the 2 metal brackets to fit my rear sway bar in my S13 (with GTR subframe). I bought the whole Whiteline kit that came with bushes and link pins etc. but did not come with the brackets and unfortunately my car did not already have them. I am located in Brisbane and happy to pay postage or pickup. Call/Text Aaron on 0410492157 Thanks
