okay so a few days after this guy comes to fix my roof dent, i notice he hasnt replaced the little clothes hangers.. Then i notice there are two medium sized deepish scrathes on the plastic near the round plastic latch things that one would need to take off to get to the roof... On top of all this he didn't even fully fix the 2 dents in the roof, he only managed to make it look a lil less dented.. Grrrr What can i do about this?? Can the plastic be 'repaired'? Should i demand my money back or something, which of course he no doubt won't give me back...? Is there some consumer body i can complain to??

Looking to install a dvd player and screen... also would love to minimize the squeeky noise from the interior plastic. Anyone recommend someone good?

Yeah but they wont remove the old tint (too busy apparently), and ive heard some bad things about them anyway so screw em.. there is a reason why they are cheap...

Hey, I have a black car, looking to strip the old worn tint and put on preferably a neutral/mirror tint darkest legal. I hear that for a black car more of a mirror tint gives a good contrast with the black... Can anyone recommend a place, other than tint professor??? (they don't strip the old tint) Tint a Car apparently don't do mirror finishes... I am in Ivanhoe. Prepared to pay up to 400 bucks for the strip and tint. Thanks!

bah tint professor does not strip the old tint... say they dont make enough money off it. GAY. who else can i get a neutral/mirror tint from?

I had a black R34 import before a taxi wrote it off, the back window was very darkly tinted, couldn't see out of it really, but i suppose in Japan the darkest legal tint might be darker, or maybe he got an illegal tint..

Im looking to get my windows tinted on my black car... Everyone seems to want darkest legal tint, but is it hard to see out of the car with that? I want a dark tint but visibility is important to me as well.... What can level of tint can you guys recommend as a compromise between dark and visibility? thanks.

Hi, I am thinking of buying a car that seems to be in good condition other than the two dents in the roof where a wrong sized rack was fitted... They are about 10cm long on each side of the roof. There are no scratches though. Is this expensive to panel beat?? Around about how much would it cost? If its too much i will pass on buying the car... Thanks!

What's your fav r34 colour and why? I like yellow and white at the moment, shows off bodykits... i used to prefer black.

How much is that all up?? I have a max of 18 but that has to include 1k for insurance and also rego and also stamp duty...

He yanked at it pretty hard and the foldout screen bit came out a little, but it managed to go back in, it should still work probably?? Also you are not in melbourne are you? Can you recommend anyone in melbourne to install the wiring etc. thanks again

Hello, My r34 was written off by a taxi last week, the insurance company is about to sell her off. They said i can take out the dvd screen if i like... It is a 7inch fold out unit, connected to a sony dvd player. I will have to leave the dvd player in but i can take the screen. Is it worth my time ?? (its far away for me and i have no idea how to remove but i suppose i could follow chris roger's guide...) Is it hard to remove? Could i connect it to an australian PAL dvd player unit and would it work fine? Thanks muchly

Hey wondering if i can get some knowledgeable opinions... First of all, just so you know im talking about non-modified, turbo, automatic examples... I had an r34 for a few months before a taxi hit me from behind and wrote it off... Ive test driven a few r33's in my time and I cant help but feel that they are more responsive engine wise, dare i say they feel faster. May just be my impressions... Also I was under the impression that the r34 used less fuel than the r33... is this true? I noticed when i had my r34 that fuel consumption was reasonably high. Basically I have 18k to spend... I could get a nice r33 for 12k and spend the extra money on alarms, a front bar, rear bar, dvd player, or whatever. Or i could get another r34 for about 16k, basic model and not really be able to afford any luxuries for it. What is your opinion? Thanks

Hey, I've had my gt-t r34 for about 2 months now, and its time for an oil change. Can anyone please recommend an oil? I was thinking something fairly thin like Mobil One? Also, oil filter, just a standard one that fits the model okay, or can you recommend one? Thanks!
