For those who own R34 GT-R's and are looking to sell them off and don't mind taking a trade as part of the payment, here is a link to my GT-T http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...63#entry4792163 Thank you once again and please don't hesitate to send you're offers.

Looking to sell more than trade. At this stage, my main preferance would be for an R34 GT-R with cash your way, but if there are any other offers, please don't be shy to send them my way. Just found out that it appears there may be an aftermarket HKS Garret turbo within the car. This will be confirmed in 2 weeks at RE-Customs. Price will remain the same if this is the case.

Went there this morning, love a new carwash joint! Beats the one down 1 street further.

Correction then: Looking for blank GTT key with unlock and lock buttons on it. Mine has cracked at the ring which holds it to the keyring. Not some dodgy operation here.

Looking for a spare R34 GTT master key. PM me if you have one. Thanks

Hi all, I've had a Nismo key for a while now, but have been hesitant to use it due to the fact that I would no longer have my lock/unlock buttons available to me. I was wondering if there were any seperate remotes that I could use with the car. I attempted to get one of these setup at the local key makers at Chadstone, but they couldn't get the code right it seems. Any help is most appreciated. No looking to spend a whole smack about to get one with an alarm system as I've already got one. Cheers, Ben

I've obtained a few quotes from some private car importers (won't name names) and so far have found that the value isn't really there. I would assume the only benefit I can see so far is being able to source the exact vehicle that I'm after. At this stage, I believe the best example and value for money car I've seen is a Bayside blue V-Spec II. At this stage, we're looking at mid 60k's. Mileage is decent at 30,000k give or take and best of all, completely stock. Am I wrong to be a bit more demanding by wanting it slightly cheaper? (and boy do I want a white one), Thoughts?
-
please send the details of your car through to me via PM. Ideally, I'm hunting a clean example of a white V-spec/V-spec II. Preferably more stock than modified. If anyone knows of such a vehicle, please PM me. I'm not in a rush to get this as I want to make sure I get it right. Thanks again.

Wouldn't you need to find out how much he has left owing on the loan and then ensure that the money you are paying him for the car is going to that loan, rather than in his pocket? So, payout the loan (thus car is fully owned by the seller), than whatever is left behind goes into he's pocket. Think that would be the procedure
-
Agreed with the SSV comment! And we test drove the Cube, LOVE IT!
-
I'm quite certain that I want a V-Spec at this stage now. Hopefully there will be some private sellers whom are interested in taking the GTT as part payment. Please, once again, feel free to PM me if you do see anyone who is selling their GTR. Thanks again everyone.

I'd be happy with selling my car for 20,000k It's a 2000 model with plently of quality/branded/expenssive go fast bits in it. I'm very certain the dealers would only give me 17k for it, but I guess the 3k loss would be partly due to the "I want it now" ability. I'm plently happy to purchase one as an import myself, but at this stage have no connections or knowledge about the process. Any help with this regard, is much appreciated. Quote Matt: I know... and to think I bothered you for so long on the phone as well!

So I've spent the weekend hunting R34 GT-R's. At this current stage, I'd like to get one off a dealer so as to cut to the chase and be able to offload my GTT (thus reducing the amount I need to pay). The only two that are within a reasonable price range for me and that are in relatively good condition are the below two I think. One is from GTA autos in City and the other is located at SSV. Both seemed to have their pros and cons, but ultimately my light summary is: GTA: Pro - V-Spec model, White (I like my white), Some nice HKS bits. Cons - Had some minor cosmetic issues (scuffs in the interior, paint looking a tad fadded and poorly resprayed stock GTR rims) SSV: Pro - Visually perfect, had modifications (TE37's and Ohlins suspension) which I was planning on anyway Cons - Non V-spec Both, I believe, are over priced compared to what they are worth on the market (but they have to feed their kids somehow). I still haven't driven both cars as both dealers will want solid confirmation of potential purchase before handing the keys over. Has anyone viewed these cars or can anyone provide some input on their thoughts. I'm not rushed to get this car, as this car will be with me for a while and I'd like to not lose sleep over making the 'wrong' choice. If anyone knows someone who wants to privately sell their R34 GT-R and would be willing to accept a GTT as part of the payment (Loooooong shot), please PM and let me know. Again, thanks everyone.
