hey Daniel,
Nah, I've got a 2DIN headunit, so can't mount it there. And the glove box would be such a waste of 2 such beautiful units! We still on for this weekend?
Ok, after trying for ages to stick the AVC-R and S-AFC II on top of the triple cluster, I'm starting to get stick of it.
Can anyone give some suggestions?
Cheers
Thing that really rocks my world is that fact that it sticks to the metal holders fine, just not to the cluster.
Hmmm, ok, I'll see what else I can do. Does anybody know what to clean it with and where to buy the stuff?
yea Bez~ they're everywhere. Saturday night at the Glen is like going down Chapel St now. Lucky for me, my car was parked when the inspection cars came through.
I know they're just doing their job, but sometimes you can't help but feel picked on...
Ok, so after spending about $100 double sided tape, I'd like to ask... has anyone tried to stick the Apexi stands ontop of the triple cluster on an R34 GT-T and got it to REALLY stick?
I'm not going to glue the buggers down, so any help with brands/types of tape most appreciated!
It's been mounted and ran for a bit. It's loud, not something completely stupid, but loud.
Probably one of the nicest exhausts I've ever had, but I've got shitty family which disagree with it.
Thanks for the offer mate, but I'm looking for something that is also height adjustable.
On a side note, would you be able to tell me if you have rattle the way you've mounted your APexi monitors on the top of the Triple gauge? I've got horrible rattle on the AVC-R but nothing on the S-AFCII.... maybe we can meet up??
They're about 2 Years old. Perfect as stated and stiff. Shoot me offers for the setup you have and I'll let you know. I'm just after something I can use on the street more than the track now.
For those of you who are game, these coilovers allow you to dump the car pretty far down as they're fully height adjustable
Looking to sell a set of perfect (taken right out when the car was bought) R34 GT-R Suspension.
$300 gets the set
Also, looking to trade a perfect set of Hyper D suspension for something a little less stiff. If you're interested, please let me know.
Cheers!
Playing with the idea of switching to 4WD from 2WD. If anyone currently has an Evo and is interested in a tip top R34 GT-T, please let me know.

It has a custom pearl black paint job and many tasteful mods, recently had a tune at Re-Customs after installing an AVC-R and S-AFC2.
Cheers,
Ben
Brand new stainless steel exhaust, cat back, for sale.
Single piece item, extremely light.
Canon style, with a slight angle when mounted (nothing crazy)
Asking for $400.
Pics on request (or look at 'my garage' for a pic of it on my car)
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for seatbelt guides for my R34 but I can't seem to find them for sale anywhere. I've heard people saying that these were options for the skyline?
Does anybody know where to get some in Melbourne? They look like stalks that connect to the seatbelt dispenser and then guide them so they hang infront of your seat rather than flop down behind them... and that becomes horrible when you have bucket seats.
Any help is good!
Thanks guys
It's pretty easy. Essentially, theres a sensor which has a white and a black wire going into it. Cut the black wire and ground it to a nut (closest and easiest one is the Strut bar bolt).
Once thats done, start the car and give it a boot!
Sorry mate, mine runs return flow so haven't got any around.
Thought about custom makes? Have a chat to R-spec on the forum, he's looking for them as well (might be able to give you some tips).
Any who, $20 anyone?
Ah, I have the same issue in my R34 (especially the trim below the window). I either tend to go and steam/dry clean it at an auto cleaining joint or by non-fizzle/foam interior spray. Make sure if you plan to use products to chase one without any bleach in it, or else you'll be in for a surprise!
