its ok mate u dont have to measure. im pretty certain ive done the exact same thing as you have just done My second engine was an auto and i didnt change the spiggot. has made the gearbox seals that bad they actually leak oil out of the bellhousing and rear where the tailshaft joins. Time for a new box i think. anyone know where to get a RB20 box from, or anyone selling a good cond one in SA? thanks heaps for youre help Bl4cK32 youre a life saver by the way where did u get the spiggot from? is it a VL manual one?

do you know how much the difference in spiggot center diameters are between auto and manual ones?

im having a similar problem with my 32 atm, did yours make a nasty sound when u put your foot on the clutch and revved the motor? like a rattling or grinding noise (other than the twin plate) becouse the problem i have is that if i really wind out first second or 3rd, i cant flat change into the next gear without it seriously crunching. the clutch is brand new in it also. pleeeeeeease help

hmmmmm there was a set on ebay i was looking at but i never bid on them, spewing. Does anyone know where to get aftermarket coil packs for a RB engine? do bosch make a direct replacement?

is the plenum a full replacement item or the top half only?

mine did that also rb20-calais, i reallt want to run 20-21psi but the **** misfires, ive gapped the plugs to .5 or .6 and it still does it. can someone please tell me wtf is goin on?

made 220 kw on 16-17 psi. tune is rich as aswell. does anyone have misfire probs under really high boost? i dont have a dyno chart on here tho sorry. basically hits 4000 and climbs like Mt everest

i have a 2530 but has been rebuilt with larger comperssor wheel, slightly laggier than standard but when it comes on boost look out, pulls like a train up to 8250 limiter. I run bigger injectors, cams and microtech etc tho. Car is for sale if anyones interested

Hi out there, I just want to know if anyone has had any experience with twin turbo's on a rb20? I am in the process of doing this to mine atm and want some feedback as to if it is a mental combo or not. I have a power fc so management shouldnt be a problem. Any feedback appreciated

what do you reckon a set of rb26 rods and a crank would set me back? I can get forced pistons with rings for 1500, is that good?

I have seen 220kw from an rb20 with stock injectors. My last dyno it made 190 with fuel probs and fouled plugs. True story! who told you 170kw? I dont know about the turbo either, I didn't modify it. All i can say is it pulls hard, spools up early enough and i'm happy with it's performance. Thanks about the stroker kit advice. I should just buy a GTR instead.

I DONT THINK SO. but thanks anyway: ) It's a gt2530, however it has been modified with a larger compressor cover and wheel, I think gt28 series. Turbine is still standard 2530 so it gets full boost at 3200-3400rpm but has heeeeeeeaps of top end. good fun when crossed up sideways : ) Still yet to be dynoed but am expecting about 210-215kw. Basically the stock injector limit. What have you done to your cefiro meggala? does anyone know if someone out there has stroked an rb20? I am thinking of doing it but want to know if it's worth it first.

This has more than likely been asked before but i am new so please be nice. I just want to know how much boost an internally standard rb20 can take before something goes pop. eg the head gasket. I have a hks turbo currently running 20psi and it seems to be running fine, no knock or detonation. Any feedback appreciated.
