AWESOME. - Helical synchro, sounds like an F1 car! not as loud as a straight cut (WHERE'S THAT REX??) But brilliant. I'm loving the new ratios (1st=90km/h) Been smashing through the gears for ages now with the Exedy Carbon twin plate, would highly recommend PPG gearbox. my total bill came in at $9,800 for parts and labour at PPG, and about $900 to R&R gearbox with a new clutch I went for the 1-5th Helical Synchro kit Billet selector forks Billet input shaft new synchros new bearings new seals 4L of Redline Lightweight Shockproof never looked back.

if anyone with a GTR is interested, im currently making up some copies of the Nismo oil/air separators. closed loop system, that drains the oil back to the sump. fully legal too! i'll post up some photos when mine is finished

i've seen 2nd hand GTR boxes going for $600-$1500 second hand. to rebuild a gearbox with nissan parts is around the $4k mark or go PPG for around $6-10K (like i did) my 2 cents. Nigel.

for sale: 2 x T28 stock GTR turbos off a 33GTR. (14411-24U04) 88,000kms, no shaft play want them gone $250 for both or $150 each buy both turbos, and you can have the dump pipes for free! someone PLEEEEASE buy them Nigel North East'n burbs, I can deliver Metro.
