anyone got vids of the battles when it started pouring down towards the end of battle 1 ? I had Anna smashed but started celebrating too early and fkd up my finish Some accomplishment there ..beating a girl in an MX5 ..and couldn't even do that right.

did 6 runs whole day and 4 of those with TCS on .. FML. But even so was lotsa fun, especially in the rain at the end when I finally figured out I had TCS on the whole time (great timing there) Thanks to the bloke that told me I was riding my clutch and that it was smoking after the first run ... Ben I think ? Appreciate it mate .. if you hadn't spotted it I would've probably killed the clutch. I was so friggin lost because of the TCS that's probably why I was on the clutch constantly trying to change back to first as I was like WTF IS GOIN ON MAN NO POWAAAHH

yeah I enjoyed once I figured out (last 2 runs) why the hell the car wasn't making any power at all ie. TCS was ON *facepalm* This is what happens when you drive a skyline with 2 hours of sleep night before.. On the first run I rode my clutch like crazy and smoke started coming out of it like mad ... I let it cool down but can still smell that stench. Doesn't seem to be slipping though. What's the chances it's gonna have permanent damage ? I rode that thing like a mofo trying to "wing it" on the first course..

btw paid just then and also sent entry form to the hotmail email .. STILL DONT HAVE MAH AASA LICENCE!!! I paid $50 on the day at last texi and was told it'd arrive in the mail. I have a suspicious feeling it never got sent off or payment recorded because I paid like $120 (was $60 for texi for non member and $50 for licence) and even had to chase up my change after I was done as the guy that took my money in the morning wasn't even there rest of the day from what I could see (I rocked up early with a mate .. black R34 GTT with the creme interior) In any case, I dont wanna pay for the licence again so could someone please look into this for me Cheers

I just got one from bunnings which has the holding bracket .. removed one of the backseat bolts (behind passenger seat) and put another bolt with a flat head through the bracket. Yes, one bolt is plenty ..there's no chance that thing could ever let go I've tested it Anyone got a spare helmet for salezor ? I need one for a mate

um what exactly did your panel beater do ... did he cut off the top plate to inspect the condition of the plate under it ? Did he cut the rust out or just bog it ?

The price that TT quoted you may have been for a pair each as I could've sworn I've seen people on SAU quote something like $165 per KU31 from TT which is half of what they're quoted you, so perhaps they did quote you per pair.

stop the guesswork, just take it to an import mechanic .. plenty of them in Melbourne, just ask in the Vic section.

Are you in Sydney ? Happy to let you use my consult cable to check for error codes. I reckon it's a faulty AFM or the AFM soldering. If you have an aftermarket blow off valve, get rid of it and put the factory one back on. New spark plugs are only about $20 for 6.

speaking of stands ... what's the safest method if I'm going to be under the car whole weekend screwing around with sandblaster ? Bear in mind I don't even have a jack now.. Would ramps be better/safer/cheaper than axle stands? Where can I get a decent jack (can I rent one?)
