  1. check the link above .. about $25 for the spark plugs (set of 6)
  2. BCPR7ES or BKR7ES add -11 at the end if you want the ones gapped to 1.1mm from factory. Edit: kudos has them http://www.kudosmotorsports.com/catalog/ngkntk-m-5.html ..but most import tuners would have them in stock too.
  3. ok I understand why people like Bride seats, because they're comfy, supportive ie. much better than anything from the factory. But why on earth would you just want "bride bride bride bride" written all over your seats ??? I've never understood this, so pleaseee help me understand. For those that don't remember, Bride is an english word and stands for "womant that just got married" so why would anyone want that spammed all over their seats ? If I ever get Bride seats I'll reupholster them and put "ballz ballz ballz ballz" in the same style because it's just as cool, but funnier.
  4. I run 1mm and its a turbo .. not really sure what the right plugs are for an NA to be honest. But you shouldn't need a lower gap if there's no boost to blow out the spark especially if you've got new coils
  5. when was the last time you changed the plugs? if it's been a while I'd get those changed first as it's a cheap and quick fix. If it's misfiring on idle / low rpm, try a higher gap ... my 34 would constantly misfire on the copper NGK's on gaps smaller than 1mm (but just on idle and upto 3000rpm) Get the NGK coppers ..heatrange 7 and try a .9 or 1mm gap, if that doesn't fix it search for "misfire" and see what else it could be. Chances are it's just the spark plugs. If you're not mechanically inclined, take it to Unigroup in Girrwaeen they'll take care of it and won't charge crazy labour rates like some other shops.
  6. yeah, he's taking the stock tail lights apart and putting LEDs in. Looks like you need a heatgun to separate the lenses which would confirm what I saw when i took mine apart recently ..the lenses are glued on real hard with some type of silicone. Too much of a hassle to be honest ...just get the eastbear copies off ebay ($330 or so) if you want LED tail lights. I got those and just painted the blinker to amber as I hate the clear plastic crap on any tail lights
  7. looks shit imo, stock ftw ...oh and yeah, if that's a daily your mate will be lucky if the first cop that sees him doesn't issue a defect
  8. the 1st to 2nd crunch usually happens only when the car is cold on any type of surface .. if I shift real slow, no crunching. Any ideas how much synchros cost for a R34 GTT ? Hard to install ?
  9. I get gear crunching when changing from 1st to 2nd .... no crunch if I do it real slow. Is this in any way dangerous or likely to affect the rest of the gearbox ? Out of interest how are synchros for an R34 GTT approx. and how many hours labour to install?
  10. I'm happy if they don't know the diff between inches and cms..
  11. I had that castor/cambert kit installed together with the Bilsteins
  12. to me it sounds like an issue with the alarm .. bad ground or something like that. Who installed it for you? If you know who installed the alarm take it back to them to fix it.
  13. I've got zeh Bilsteins though Maybe my stock springs just don't suit the Bilsteins ..which is why I'm thinking of upgrading them to the Whiteline springs from the original GB and get the Whiteline sway bars as well as the same time. Just worried the sway bars might introduce more issues than solve eg. wheels lifting off the ground mid roundabouts when hitting a bump etc
  14. I love what you've done with the car Cara ..that's a really cool unique look but not many can pull it off unless advertising their business because then it usually looks cheezy Oh and what sort of power did you get on the dyno?
  15. it's a spray on tint ..comes in aerosol can. From what I've read about it before the stuff looks pretty 'matte' black but looking at the photo above it's very shiny so there you go. Hey Cara what's your suspension height (centre of wheel to wheel arch) front and back ?
  16. what about bumps/potholes though on a daily ? My understanding of the way antisway bars work is if you hit a pot hole say mid roundabout it would be worse than without them ? Happens a lot in the inner city ..seems whenever I turn, wherever I turn there are friggin potholes
  17. did the stock turbo blow up at 12psi ?? I've been running my stock GTT at approx. 12 psi for more than a year now hmm... Well I don't really hit 12psi that often as I rarely gun it above 5000rpm but still, a bit of a worry especially since that crap can end up inside the engine and not just the cat..
  18. and to the dude above ...seriously man, it's a private forum/web site .. pull your head in a little. No one owes you jack shit. Hell I put up with less BS from my paying customers...
  19. what's going on with the search ??? I'm ready to shoot that bloody SPHINX!! Search works one day ..then few hours later, sphinx at it again. Then works again. Mmm ?
  20. has anyone made a custom airbox with snorkel to suit factory piping (SMIC) on a R34 GTT ?
  21. I need an honest opinion here... would swaybars improve handling for a daily? Or is it only for maniacs who like to take every single corner at high speed?
  22. I don't think you do ...just checked the web site and it states those parts are for "RACE USE ONLY". What's the price difference between the adjustable and non-adjustable, does anyone know? Is it worth the extra dough for the adjustable ones? Somehow I suspect once these things are on the car most people would never "adjust" anything.. edit: NO price diff for adj./non adjs apparently according to web site, $229 for a GTT front sway bar + gst.
  23. doof .. I'll give ya $20 to take your airbox off and give me precise measurements so I can make my own
  24. I love it when people try to decipher my plate ... have had a few ask me "dude are you a doctor?" I felt like stabbing them with a syringe
  25. post up the lists
