those bastards .. I asked my local Nissan and they quoted me $130 for the aircon fascia alone. How long did they say you might have to wait for delivery ??

I reckon we should just try to get them from original japanese supplier .. they can supply the chrome rings and coloured guage backgrounds too for any skyline. We just need someone in Japan I guess to organize it all ? but yeah if you're keen to get your mate to do it, I'd be interested if the price is right and esp. if he can make up the chrome rings too (I have a series 1 R34 GT-T)

$890 delivered from nengun and their reputation when it comes to delivery times is not any better than powerplays ..plus they're overseas so I can't just rock up at their shopfront if there are issues like i can with PP. Like this eastbear spolier Yes I'm aware Powerplay sell them (and they're 2min drive from me) but from what I've read on here they have to order it in and people have been waiting 1year+ and I'm not the patient type.. Has to be the original (plastic) item to suit GTT frontbar (not an eastbear bar) - willing to pay more than new price from powerplay due to waiting times. Edit: just to clarify, I'm after the frontbar spoiler, not the bonnet lip.

I have one but it fits only if your r34 has the factory popup TV setup .. I'm actually looking for one myself for the standard r34 setup ie. its wider than mine.

I have a couple of rust spots on my 34 at the rear near where the mud flap/pods were ... they're not tiny either, I've already broken of 1cm chunks of rusted metal. what's the best way to stop this rot from spreading any further .. panel beaters?

yeah it's all just clipped in ... the only thing you should be careful about is removing the vents - use a thin screwdriver from the left hand side and they'll pop out too. Make sure to protect the corners with masking tape to avoid accidental scratches when poping out vents and sliding out the console etc To reveal the 4 screws holding it all in place, remve the gear shifter surround (pops out once you remove the screw behind the ashtray) and the vents - don't try removing any other fascias whilst the console is still in there. The vents will reveal the remaining 2 screws.

the whole centre console (ac, stereo etc) slides out .. it's just 4 screws holding it in there. The blue/red on the AC is piss easy, just take them out as well as the clear plastic and spray the rest. Then glue them back in afterwards, it's no big deal trust me.

also matt black with clear coat looks the gay ... the clear makes it too friggin shiny. Gonna have to redo the whole thing in gunmetal grey and no clear coat.

that's s2 .. white dials and the dual colour steering wheel. The gear surround I think he probably painted himself.

knowing spraypainters it will cost a LOT more than finding a 2nd hand bonnet in good condition. R33's are not rare so you should be able to find a 2nd hand bonnet in your color and good condition if you look around

r34 s2 is very rare ..I believe it has white dials

got the price from toyota today .. $120 for the glass only. Ended up getting it from wreckers for $70 Thanks anyway

any chance of getting part numbers for 1998 R34 GTT (ER34) for the centre console .. namely the double din stereo surround (fascia), the aircon surround (fascia) and the 2 brackets that hold the aircon/stereo in the centre console thanks also does anyone know how long nissan usually need to get these parts from japan ??

thanks for the heads up mate. Is the GTR stereo fascia the same (ie. the double din surround that goes around the stereo) ? yeah I'm going from TV to nothing (on the top of the dash) .. I'll just get those justjap guages and stick them in a single din unit under the AC late. turns out the friggin AC surround does not fit (too narrow) once you move it up just under the vents where the TV headunit used to be ... so now I need the AC surround and stereo fascia (double din) from a normal (non-TV) GTT/GTR Btw, R-SPEC, did you have to change the brackets in your GTT once you got rid of the TV and associated headunit ?
