yeah we used metal gaskets. just got a call from simon, he is also stumped, last i heard, he was gonna check AFM. i think dan is onto something with the exhaust wheel coming off.....that would explain the bad boosting sound and bad afr...........

coil packs are near new splitfires. i checked all piping and appeared A'okay as i said, simon has it now, i cant check anything, ill keep ya all posted as soon as i find out. cheers for the help all

the smoke looks black as it comes out, but turns greyish as it floats off.... ill just have to waitand see what simon says, hopefully ill get some sleep tonight

^^ thats what i was thinkin mate, would that explain the f**ked up sound on boost? this just happend to my mates 33, ringland, and mine sounds almost identical

its at morpowa now, ill leave it in ther hands like i should have done from the start. fingers crossed its not something internal

yeah, i tried 3 different vac hoses, before and after the plennum and on the turbo side of the engine. im just bout to drop it off to morpowa, they looking at it tomorrow.

i did the compressed air trick, but didnt hear any leaking air, so its looking to maybe be something worse? not happy
