well heres what i replaced today oil catch can hoses (blue silicon heater hose) throttle body/cross over pipe joiner top radiator hose took the mesh out of afm and thats it. every thing else went back on as it come off

yeah, all is good as far as i can see.... it still does it on low boost so its not overboosting

thats what i is thinkin now. ill have to wait and see what morpowa says on thursday, as long as they find the vac leak so i can still go to kadina

i tried that, it onlly does it when on boost driving..... doesnt do it free revving in the driveway from what i can hear. fixed up the hose to the cam cover, but still idle shit and blolwing shit loads of smoke now.

will buy some silicon or somethin tomoz as for exhaust, 3'', one peice front dump, decat, two hks mufflers.

yeah, ther is a pipe that goes from the front of the plennum, to the left cam cover, the plug is making a hissing sound, and upon further inspection, the plug going inot the cam cover is broken.. still dosnt fix the boost leak though..thats my main concern atm maybe it is a rooted turbo

its definately still got a vac leak, and the boost leak sounds like a scremer.... think i may have to bend over and cop it sweet from morpowa

nope, wasnt it..... well, it idles a little bit better, but still has a massivly loud boost leak..... im bout to have a look at the intercooler piping behind the front bar. this is better than day time telivision for all you mofo's aint it! you love it.

just noticed the induction pipe to the inlet of the turbo is loos, i can move it back and forth, could this be it?? i hope so, cos i gotta take a lot of shit off to get to it

na, turbo LOOKED to be in good condition. will try and find, the prob my self, if not, its booked into morpowa thurs i cant be f**ked with it any more.

and exactly where is that? i have malpassi fuel press. reg. i think i can hear a leak, but all lines are on..... got me stumped

everthing is tight, most of the joiners are brand new.... im tempted just to drive it to morpowa and tell em i dont want it back till its sorted... i just dont wanna miss out on kadina on saturday.... cars....why do we bother?

As most of you a prob aware by now, my 33 started a boost leak on kellies last cruise, was thought to be the gasket between the inlet manifold and the turbo, after much f**king around, snapping studs, and having to go as far as taking the whole turbo out, i put it all back together over last night and this afternoon, and the verdict ITS STILL f**kING DOING IT! and to add fuel to the fire, its blowing a little clack smoke (never used to) and runs/idles like shit! im so over this f**king thing, but, any ideas on whats going on? if not, ill be taking it to a workshop and let them rape me in the ass, im not pulling the kent apart again

well got all the turbo and all piing etc put back on, gave it a quick start to make sure it still runs only thing i noticed is a big amount of smoke hope its just cos it hasnt been started in ages..... gotta tighten up all the cooler pipes and final bits ' n peieces, add some coolant and it shouls be done...... i hope. all this for one bloody gasket.

captain thead just left, he had to drill the f**ker out. cost me 90 bucks, but atleast its out... all this so the car can go PSHHHHHTTTT TTTT TTTT TTT TTTFFF bloody turbos over rated mofos oh not to mention the coolent i have to replace from removing the turbo, just to get to this stupid stud... ffs oh well, time to start putting it back together
