its easy to say adrian..... but there is always something you will need the $ for when getting a property.... cost me and the missus a little over 15 k for the re-furb on the unit.... it wasnt necessary, but once you start, you might as well do the lot, just like a car really lol..... i wish money grew on trees.......legal trees that is

wasnt really planning on selling it till last week. i want my own home, my OWN place to do what I want. and that doesnt include the unit. plus, i want a 34, but that wont be for a while yet. i cant do those with a car-loan ( 2 g remaining) over my head. and honestly, im over her. doesnt excite me anymore.
