thats what annoys me to, they would rather get an import off the road for a few weeks to cash in on the regency fee, as opposed to getting the pre 1980s death traps off the road.

heres a story of how poo they really are, i had mine put on monday, spent 520 bucks on the whole set up, including modifying the front pipe to suit it, 3 days later, its coming off to make way for a one peice front/dump pipe costing me another 550 bucks. dont get it mate, you will find it willl leak a hell of alot through the screamer itself, and sound like a tractor. do it right the first time round and get a 3 inch turbo back

why would you wanna put it on lpg? if u want a cheap car, go buy a corolla or something...your R33 doesnt deserve that punishment lol

he would have been talking about the defect station they had set up out the front of mallala last weekend. just goes to show they are more intesested in working AGAINST us rather than with us to make the streets a safer place. having a station set up out the front of an event like that is like taking candy froma baby for them, then bragging about it....just lame

maybe the bad econo come from putting his foot down all the time to hear the improved note? i know thats what happened with my old stato... my fuel economy isnt the best right now any way, i told simon when he tuned the fc not to worry bout fuel consumtion. as its not a daily. if i drive it on both days of the weekend, i easily eat through a tank of ultimate.

im getting pipe through the cat, so it wont muffle around inside the empty casing. should sound good, the exhaust will be full 3" from turbo back, with two mufflers.

im getting a pipe through my cat now anyway, took my car to rob at rampage this arvo, my cat is welded on so he has to cut it to fit the new front/dump pipe anyway.so i said to just knock it out and put 3 inch pipe through it, that way, it still looks like i have one. i know they are smelly with no cats,i did it to my old 5 litre VS stato that had full zorst, boy that thing loved to pop flamage.. fuel consumption doesnt bother me, i rarely drive it. im just scared that it may sound i little tinny?

picked up a mild steel one peice dump/front pipe from rampage exhausts for $350, my mate will be fitting it for me, wont be to hard considering the bolts where only removed monday.

i was thinking that myself, i think i might just go buy a whole new split dump pipe, and re-sell this hunk of poo on ebay again. oh well, learn by your mistakes i suppse.

im over the sound to already, id rather hear the turbo spool up, so its going back into tilbrooks on friday to get plumbed back. no more tractor noise.
