  8. my r33 is a 95 model, my mate told me he thinks the engine is series two, i need to know for sure because i need to buy new coil packs tomorrow and they are different betwwen the two series, how do i find out? thanks people. craig

  13. can any one reccommend a fuel pump? im not after much more power, i just wanna make it safe, detonation = money should i go the bosch? walbro? R33 GTR?

  15. yeah the engine light was coming on, just that once when knock went over 60. and i reset it after every hard boost, yes
  16. i took it back to simon at morpowa to show him what its doing, but the bitch didnt do it!!!! and boy did he give it a hard time! 205 kw was before the fc on 11 psi...215 was at 13 pound,with pfc, they said it was as safe boost level as they could get it with the standard pump. and they also told me the injectors are at only 80%, so they have a little more puff to go before they need replacing. im only after a few more kw, around 230-240 and ill be happy. so it goes in monday for bosch 044 i think he said. spark gap was set before the tune yesterday, and splitfire coil packs will be in a couple weeks time,
  17. well i got her back, they managed to pull out 215 rwkw, thats as far as it can go without injectors and pump, and now on hi boost the engine cuts out for a second, then goes again, and the knock sensor goes up to as high as 94!!! bbbbaaaaaddddd! so low boost it is till it goes back in on tues for pump and injectors...money money money

  19. i have every thing you listed there, except the pump, 204 rwkw??? i made 206.5rwkw last week on 11 psi when they put the ebc in. dont believe me? tell me how to do it, and ill upload my dyno sheet.

  21. not as yet, im hoing to see how this goes first, but yeah, injectors and pump are definately next in the list. i was told to go for walbro over bosch....not sure what to do.
  22. its a bit late now matey, i paid half of it yesterday, and also, im planning on more modifications soon, so a standalone ecu will prob be needed any way.

  24. thanks danai!!! you have exact the same set up as me with the ebc and tt, i like where you have your fc, i suppose it would be good to have in a visable spot, but move it quickly if need be....im glad to hear they did a good job of yours, ahhh knock sensor? what the? lol, i have no idea when it comes to japanese cars at the moment lol cheers for that mate.
